The owner used to be at police, and she knows what she's doing. She knows how pardons actually work, and how they relate to US immigration. Remember that getting pardons does not mean that you are forgiven as far as CBP is concerned. She knows what's up, and can help you strategize to deal with your criminal records, and how to prepare I-192 application form really well.

They are affordable and organised compared to the other authorized organisation here in Regina that charges up to twice the amount for same service.

I called to make an appointment. The lady told me we no longer need to make appointments and that we can just walk in. I asked if 9:30 in the morning would be a good time and she said it was. Showed up no one there left at 10:30 am very tired from my night shift went to commissionaires and asked if they do federal fingerprinting for employment and got my prints done for a lower cost and no appointment or wait time incurred. Best to just go straight to commissionaires for your prints.

It was professional and great I sat out front but the lady explained where to go. And explained everything that had to be done. Very calm and quiet. Informative. Loved it there.

Booked my appointment online, change my mind 2-3 times and it was really easy to change my bookings.Showed up for my appointment, The lady was very sweet and directed me through the process, She was also helping a few adopted cats, & I kind of have a thing for cats-so she directed me carefully around them aswell.The process was very quick and easy just needed to fill out a form and scan your fingerprints take a picture and done. All taken care of in 10-15 minutes probably even less.She told me it would take 2-3 weeks for the results, but I gave last week and I already have my results. I would suggest you go there every time. (I apologize I forgot the name of the sweet lady.)
