My husband and I went to Boyer Hyundai Pickering to check if the Santa Fe suits our family needs. David, the Sales Consultant we met that initial day was helpful to our inquiries, and took his time to find out what our priorities are. He said he is new to the job and the company, but we are impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about the vehicles plus acknowledging the challenges of supply & demand in the current car industry. There were some questions we had that David was not certain, but he was honest about it, and got back to us with the information we were looking for. We got a new vehicle that very same day with Boyer Hyundai Pickering. David and the dealership including their sales manager had provided us a fair pricing. They are true to their words and excel in customer service. We had asked the dealership if we can get our vehicle on a fairly short notice (less than 48 hours to be exact) due to our family situation and they delivered with no hesitations. As a matter of fact, we took the vehicle the very same day we signed the paperwork, as David understood that we live 3.5 hours away, and with a snowstorm coming, he wanted to make sure that we get home safe. He also followed up the very next day to make sure we got home safe, and that we are happy with the vehicle. David and the whole team’s act of kindness and caring cannot just be replicated anywhere else. We had few situations with other dealerships that their actions are purely money-driven, and we are certain that Boyer Hyundai Pickering is not one of them. We suggest that every car dealership should send their employees at this location to see how excellent and well-run location this is with the staff that truly cares. We would definitely recommend David and this dealership to our family, friends or to anyone that would like Hyundai as their vehicle.

I placed an order for a 2022 Tucson Luxury PHEV in November 2021, and put a $500 deposit. My salesperson was Sam Li. At that time, the anticipated wait time was around 6 months. Throughout the entire wait period, there were many production delays, and Sam kept me up to date by forwarding the monthly email updates from Hyundai Canada. For some reason Hyundai stopped delivering Tucson PHEVs to Canada in the latter part of 2022 with no explanations whatsoever (while the US continued to receive product). After 17 long months, the car finally arrived in April 2023 as a 2023 model. I needed to pay the new lease rate, which had doubled since the time I ordered my vehicle, and also the 2023 MSRP. Boyer Hyundai also added a $600 dealer markup.Overall, Boyer Hyundai and Sam Li were pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process, and they are an honest dealership. I just wish Hyundai Canada was more upfront with sharing information, as there was no explanation on why vehicle production was delayed for Canadian orders. I also wish Hyundai Canada offered its customers something as a gesture of appreciation for the significant production delays...but I received nothing. Hopefully the situation improves for PHEV orders in the future.

Service feedback: They are total dissapointment. I’ve asked repeatedly that to check for my recall however they didn’t do that at all. Now I’ll have to take time out of my work day again to go and fix this. Also didn’t wash my car after service and didn’t provide 360 degree check point paper they used to give before . The previous service reps like Liz or Aslam were great and made me drive pass 2 other dealerships to have car serviced with them but now with not so caring people I’m not coming back to this dealership . Added the video after service not washed!!!

I was in the market for an electric SUV and had been test driving all sorts of vehicles all day, wandered in on a Saturday afternoon and ended up purchasing an Ioniq 5 on a walk-in. Staff were friendly, professional, and took me seriously from the jump, and worked with me to get an outcome that worked for all. Alexa, Steve, and Nawed were great in laying out all options and taking my input into consideration. The vehicle itself is incredible and was a great choice!

From the receptionist Sarah always greeting you with a smile and General Manager Kevin who was very helpful before and after I picked up my vehicle. Last but not least My Sales Consultant Efaz Suzat went above and beyond and I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. Definitely recommend Boyer Hyundai
