Great prices, friendly knowledgeable staff. They take great care when dealing with customers and that sometimes means you have to call back a second time to reach someone. Can be frustrating but definitely worth it. HDMI cables and accessories for your computer and phone are great quality and the best prices I have seen.

So their ads are misleading. They will post things with features that don't actually have those features. They also don't always tell you used laptops come with dents and scratches...but will still sell at advertised price, even though some are advertised as b" stock because of dents and scratches. Also the store needs to be cleaned...it's a mess. This review is for the st.catharines store. I've only been in the Welland store once and it was cleaner and the staff more engaging."

I've been coming here for years. Long before Amazon went from books to full online one stop shop. This store has always had the best prices of all the shops in the area.

I went in on a Thursday to order a video card for my son's birthday and was given a 99% assurance level that it would be there the next day on Friday. I called on Friday to be told that it would for sure be there on Tuesday and that I would be offered a bit of a discount for my waiting. Tuesday came around and I was told by Curtis that 'I forgot to place the order' and that it would be there 110% on Wednesday. The discount was also mentioned again. I received a call on Wednesday stating that the video card was in. I went in to pick it up and was fully aware of their promise of a discount when I went in. Of course, they conveniently did not provide me with a discount for my troubles when I went in to pay the balance. I didn't mention it because I wanted to see if they would keep their word. Their motto must be over-promise and under-deliver.These guys have zero integrity and have zero clue in regards to providing a proper customer experience. I will never use these guys again and it's a shame as I am building a gaming PC in the very near future. And as someone who works in the computer industry, I will definitely never recommend them.

Came in to clone a nvm.2. They cloned it for me and let my know my brand new enclosure was the issue. Friendly, knowledgeable and priced good.

Scott provides exceptional customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. I brought in a printer to be fixed and Scott figured out the issue and resolved it quickly. I've been in a few times and he's always very accommodating and extremely reasonable.And in response to Jesse Moseby's comment, Scott had every right to ask you to cover your nose. Masks are useless if your nose and mouth are not covered, and it's legislated that we wear them in public indoor settings.

Canadian computers told me they don't fix keyboards. These guys fixed my predator gaming laptop keyboard. Works like new, they were great to deal with, and I will be going back in the future when needed.

I went in looking for a part for my laptop. Although his suppliers did not carry the part, the gentleman there was extremely helpful in looking up the part I needed, and helping guide me in the right direction to order the part myself.I plan on always looking here first for parts/other needs since they were very helpful!
