Went to two different locations one in cote vertu and one in laval near 13 hwy. Cote vertu had specials while laval one didn't.. was a bit disappointed as I needed the same paint which was on special for 10 dollars but was at regular price at laval. I thought they must have same specials but I was wrong and so was the sale lady at cote vertu location.

The shop seems to have lots of stuff but they definitely need a manager, I told the cashier (who was amazing and tried to give me lots of rebate) that the last frame I wanted was damaged at a couple of places, she said she could call the manager to try for a lower price, a young girl came, never looked at me and said shell be back, 20 min after the cashier told me the manager forgot about me and will be back soon, when she came back she offered me 10% off.. I have a better service with amazon

This crafts store is a gem! They have an incredible variety of supplies and materials. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service. I always find exactly what I need here. Highly recommend for all your crafting needs!

The store has a lot of different crafting items. The staff was friendly, I found my item but not the color I wanted. They have some great promotions and always have coupons we can use. I would definitely suggest this place.

Most of the shelves were empty. Upon arriving, I realized that most of the items I went for were only on special online (I'll make sure to read the fine print next time). The system for picking up online orders was really unorganized. The only cashier had to go look in 3 different places before finally finding my order. This ended up causing a significant line up of customers at the cash. Definitely wasn't something that I'll do again in the near future.

This Michael’s is nice. It is clean and the staff are friendly. I went twice in the past week looking for summer activities for my kids and for tie dye supplies.They have lots of summer activities for kids to do and lots on sale or clearance.They were out of stock on some of the sizes of jerseys I wanted but they had a lot of the tie dye in stock.The staff speak both French and English which is great as I am not a French speaker.When I went it was not busy at all which was nice. Easy to shop without lots of people around. Masks are mandatory there is hand sanitizer at the entrance.There is lots of parking and this Michael’s is in the same area as some other big stores.

worst possible customer service none of the workers want to do the bare minimum to help the customers .. even when an item is priced for an amount they dont honour it very unpleasant horrible energy people (NEED NEW YOUNGER STAFF)

I love michaels they always have something new in the store, it's an excellent place for all type of art projects . You can find everything at micheals its pretty affordable and they always have a liquadtion section and coupons.
