Neil & Jason came to deal with our ongoing bat and squirrel issue yesterday and were fantastic to work with. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain their process, the points of entry they identified and the plan to keep the critters out. I had a lot of questions so really appreciated that they took the time to answer them all. We also use Greenshield for our rodent boxes and exterior spray and have been happy with both those services as well. It seemed the last spray didn't eliminate all the cluster flies as hoped but, true to their guarantee, they are returning for another spray at no additional cost. Very happy overall with the service we have received. Thanks!

I'm shocked that the reviews are this good. I phoned about a month ago to get a quote for bat removals/prevention. Curtis wanted to charge me $299 just for an inspection! At the time I thought this was fair but it didn't include any work whatsoever. Two other companies(Canadian Shield & Skedaddle) are charging $75 and $84. And Skedaddle currently has a promotion for free inspections in Brighton!! So I cancelled the inspection because Curtis had said in July they couldn't do anything as far as installing one-way doors due to bat babies being present...which seems fair. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago I wanted to get these guys in here to do an assessment as I still didn't know the fair price for an inspection and it is now the right time to deal with the bats. I phoned and spoke to a receptionist and she said she would have Curtis call me back as he was in a meeting. Well, I phoned again later in the day since we're probably dealing with a colony of bats and Curtis hadn't phoned me back. The lady on the phone said he was still in a meeting and that he would call me back. Never heard from him...Also at the time I initially spoke to Curtis and learning they couldn't install one-way doors I phoned back to book an appointment for spraying around the house for earwigs, wasps, etc. That cost $270. So how is it that a quick inspection cost $299 without having to use any supplies or material like spraying a house would? We haven't had any earwigs since they sprayed so obviously they've done a good job there but this is a completely different department from what this guy is responsible for. Which is probably why we got good service...

Cassandra did a great job getting rid of carpenter ants. I know the treatment takes some time to kick in, but so far I've seen only one ant and it was walking sideways. She also helped me get rid of unwanted empty cardboard boxes (I just moved).The company's office could use an improvement in getting back to customers' emails. Their initial reply to me answered none of my questions, and after finally getting the answers, I had to prod the office to actually book an appointment. After approving a specific date, I received no reply and was left wondering about whether anyone was even coming.

Was impressed with the quick, competent service. We had Thomas and Justin and they both answered all of my questions and left me feeling that our unwanted guest would not return, or if she did would not get into the attic. Service was not cheap but I was assured there was a one year guarantee.

A racoon got stuck in our old chimney and died. We called Greenshield and Jason and Neil came out and took care of it for us. They were quick and thourpugh and put a cage on the old chimney so it can't happen again. Definitely recommend these guys! Thanks again Jason and Neil!!

Uses their bat removal service about 3-4 years ago. They charged 1k to remove the bats with a one year guarantee. Heard bats again after a year and had to fight for them to honour the guarantee. Today, a bat has been flying around inside our house for the past two nights. If I could give a negative star review I would.
