Teena and her team of professionals are amazing! The atmosphere of the salon is a vintage, upbeat, friendly oasis! Teena is always investing her money and time into her passion, keeping up with the newest trends, bringing in a vast choice of services, carries amazing products and supports local business by carrying their products or displaying their artwork. Very positive atmosphere from the minute I walked in. Everyone was friendly and gave a warm smile. Loved their clothing too, Ibought 2 stylish tops. Alysa was my stylist for foils and a cut. She has such a sweet personality with great conversation. I will return for hair and other services in the near future.

The best!! I've been going to Teena at Platinum for a while now. She is so good at what she does. This past year she has been a massive help in getting me through the regrowth of massive hair loss due to illness and finding solutions to keep my hair healthy while moving through each regrowth phase. It's been crazy emotional going through it but I am so grateful for her guidance. The salon is so beautiful, has a fun mix of modern and vintage with a cute small retail space. Love it there and will keep going!!

I book at Platinum every 2 months. Loving the location downtown! It's a great place for men and women. They don't just cut hair either!

I always go to platinum! Teena is the only hairstylist and, trust her judgment on her other stylists. I’m always happy with the service here. The whole place is just too notch!

Amazing place, all the stylists were very professional and caring. Came out with the exact results I wanted with my hair colouring as well as tips to make my hair more healthy!
