I have visited this ice-cream parlour several times in the past 2 1/2 years I've lived in Whitby; however, the last visit was awful. I guess I didn't realize I was standing in the wrong line and stood there for 15 minutes while others were being served. Nobody told me to go to the line by the door. I am partially paralyzed and use assisted device. The customers saw that I was standing there, as well as the servers (only three) that day, Sunday, May 14th. We drove all the way to Ajax that evening and they served me with a smile on their faces. I'm also a senior citizen and was shocked that I was ignored and not told I was in the wrong line. I will never return to this ice cream parlour again.

This Baskin Robbins does not keep their Google My Business listing updated. I drove 20 min to the store at 9:06 with my sons because the listed hours showed the store was open until 10pm. We arrived at 9:06 and the doors were locked. The woman inside ignored us when we knocked to see what was going on. Just be warned that the hours are not as listed.

This pass Saturday I went to this location for some ice cream. The online timings said it was open til 10pm. We got there at 8 55 to find out the store closes at 9pm. The door was locked at 8 55pm. We knocked on the door and told the staff to let us in as there were still 5 mins left. We got inside but the experience was terrible.The girls inside the store were extremely rude and gave us so much attitude. I was disappointed and never had such bad service. I will be going to the Oshawa location going forward.

I was here with my boyfriend the other day. I’ve never been here before, I had the strawberry cheesecake ice cream (1 scoop) and I really enjoyed it!It was such a big scoop , I couldn’t finish it lol.The line was super long for a minute but the staff attended to everyone pretty quickly. Even with the Covid restrictions (4 people in the store max.) they were able to attend to everyone without keeping us waiting

Online timings and store timings don’t match, instead of honouring the timing, the girl leaving the store as she locked up told us it’s closed and walked away.

Baskin Robbins has lots of yummy and different options. I personally love there Love Potion and Caramel Cappuccino Cheesecake. The only reason why I'm not giving them a 5 star rating is because of the temperature, It was way too hot inside. It was so hot we got our ice cream and it started melting. Otherwise I loved it, Would definitely recommend.
