Gloria and Shaunna are amazing! They are not over priced and have great skills. I went to them for bouquets and a casket spray when my Dad passed away. We were given a gorgeous spray and bouquets. If you are looking for something go see these kind ladies, well worth it. ❤❤

I really like working with Unique Florists. Have used significantly over the last 2 years. Excellent customer service, beautiful product - I phone with an occasion and she comes up with a creative solution.

Twice recently I have ordered special occasion arrangements and both times Gloria has called to confirm substitutions and verify that delivery charges (third party) are acceptable. The communication here is beyond impressive. She is so friendly, cheerful and accommodating and it’s clear that customer service is their top priority. Both times the arrangements were even nicer than the sample picture on the website. They definitely go above and beyond. Will continue to order from here and highly recommend!!

I ordered a flower arrangement for Mother’s Day. What arrived was an embarrassment, of brown and dead roses. When I contacted unique florist about the flower arrangement they said they would get back to me because they were too busy but never did. After a second call they Informed that they will send something out Wednesday to replace the dead flowers. Mother’s Day is Sunday and the order was placed Friday. What a terrible Mother’s Day gift! Don’t order from them they are rude and flower quality is terrible.

Family business that takes good care of their clients and has a nice selection with reasonable prices. Will use again.

I emailed prior to ordering to ask about a slight subtitution to an offered sympathy arrangment on their site. Gloria responded promptly and answered all my questions. Ordered from the States so was a little nervous but it was delivered today, on time and gorgeous. Good price, good communication. Thank you!

I ordered a nice leafy plant for my mom as a suprise while I was away at work. I got a voice-mail the next day from Gloria asking to call her back. She told me that unfortunately they ran out of the plant, so I asked if she could make a substitute. She said that was totally okay and asked me a few questions about my mom and what she was interested in. I gave her a general idea and she said she would put something together for her and deliver it on her day off. I was really excited when she got the basket, and it looked amazing. Gloria was so sweet and showed she really cares about her work. I love to see that and would definitely return!
