Wow, what a great place. Staff and Mar the owner are always efficient, friendly and helpful. I will go out of my way to ensure that I always use them exclusively. They are professional, and other pharmacies should step back and learn from them. A definite 5 Star!

Staff were incredibly helpful when I was looking for a specific form of a drug. They went the extra mile of phoning around when it was backordered and having it shipped in from another store same day. To top it off, they recognized my voice when I came in, showing a level of care that is uncommon today.

My 9 year old is very unwell with a high fever and I was unable to find any tylenol suspension anywhere in Nanaimo due to people panic buying and stock piling. I visited the Turner road Medicine Shoppe and the pharmacist found me a bottle and declined to accept payment. I could not be more grateful, and will not hesitate to recommend this pharmacy to all our friends and family. Thank you <3

Ridiculous business hours - 9:30 to 5:30 week days only. I work downtown from 9 to 5 so my chances of getting there before they close are slim to nil. They may be nice to deal with but I'll never know.
