I was very pleased with every thing when i visited this location , the staff were great , professional , knowledgeable, and very accommodating . I was very hesitant about getting hearing aids but the whole experience has been great and showed me just how bad my hearing was due to working in an industrial environment all my life. I was the first of our group of guys who work in the Electrical industry to bite the bullet and get my hearing aids. They have made a significant difference in my quality of life, and my friends are now are also going to get hearing aids after questioning me about my indoctrination to them and the benefits of getting them . I recommended this location to them, as my experience here was a good one.

Clinic was clean, staff friendly and welcoming. Answer all questions. Worked with Jessalyn Talia and she was very helpful going over everything and open to all questions from both my husband and myself. Receptionist very welcoming. My overall experience was very good.

I had an earwax blockage in my left ear and in a panic I went to this clinic. Upon arrival, I was greeted by very helpful staff, Sandra and Michelle. They asked me how they could assist me and they fixed the earwax blockage. Michelle, an audiology technician, was able to take out the earwax. Sandra registered me as a walk-in right away. The service was very professional. The improvement in my hearing was immediate and incredible. The earwax blockage was the size of a jellybean! If you have any doubts about your hearing, I'd definitely recommend going to them.It may be more suitable and a quicker response than going to their competitors who are located downtown. They were 30 minutes late opening and refused to see me as a walk-in - they were insisting on booking an appointment in 10 days. I wouldn't have lasted that long! Compared to HearingLife, they were so unsympathetic and unprofessional.HearingLife is amazing, clean and effective with friendly and professional staff. 5 star service.
