Spectacular service and support. Highly recommend this place! The optometrists are very experienced and take the time to thoroughly explain your eye health. They have a wide selection of optical frames and sunglasses including what's trending now. The staff was very helpful with choosing the right frame and are very caring too. This place is a one stop shop for all your eye care needs and the smoothest experience!

It was a great experience visiting doctor Samar! She was very thorough and took the time to explain every step of the process. Her staff is so kind and welcoming. They not only have great customer service, but really work towards putting you in glasses that fit your needs! They were all so patient. I took about 1.5 to 2 hours of their time while in search for the perfect glasses. Took their time to walk me through the benefits of each glass I picked up. Felt such a personable experience from the onset. I would highly reccomend empire Eyewear for all eyewear needs !!

They have good collection eye wear. It’s filled with best collections so filtering for the eye frames are easier. I bought a lovely pair of DITA sunglasses. Dr. Anisa Jeewa was humble and friendly and made my visit worthwhile.

Mojeeb provides poor service and banks on the fact that he is an immigrant from Afghanistan despite continuously complaining about how “terrible”Canada is. Not only did it take me three visits to get my glasses, but also the end product was lack luster. Despite paying $395 for a single pair of glasses, the glasses provided didn’t match my prescription. Had head aches for a week before checking with another provider who told me that the lenses didn’t match my prescription. Safe yourself time and money - never visit this establishment.

Great experience here! It is a bit hard to find but if you go up the escalator of the north building (restaurant downstairs) and turn around and head down the left hall on the left and it will be on your right side. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a good selection of glasses as well.

Highly recommend! I chose this business based on the reviews and they certainly live up to their 5 star reviews! We received such an amazing and kind service. I brought my mom here for an eye checkup and for a new pair of eyeglasses. Dr. Anisa Jeewa was so gentle with my mom and was incredibly helpful. She took her time with the eye exam and explained all the steps. I would definitely come back for myself. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating also! Thank you!

Dr. Jeewa was amazing! She did my eye exam and gave me detailed explanation of everything. Very informative knows her stuff! I loved the photos of my eye!! So cool! This was the first time I saw my eyes like that. The staff helped me pick out my glasses and let me take my time I tried on like 50 pairs and no pressure at all. I ended up walking out with 3 pairs of glasses! They cleaned all the frames as well. Beautiful store and beautiful people! Thanks for hooking it up empire!

Loved this place! We were lucky to have Anisa as our optometrist. She was kind enough to patiently assess and discuss the health of our eyes - we even got to see photos of the insides of our own eyes…something we had never seen before. Very cool! The staff was patient as we picked sunglasses from their wide selection of brands. The designs are modern and in-style. We ended up buying multiple glasses and walked away super happy. Thank you staff, and keep up the good work!

Loved my experience here!Staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming. Most optometrists just perform their tests and send you off without showing results, but Dr. Samar took time to explain and show pictures of my eye and its current health. As a patient, I find this really empowering because now I have a better understanding of my eye than just numbers written on prescription papers. She also went over some specific remedies and treatment options for my dry eyes in depth which was extremely helpful than just being told to use eye drops. I really appreciate the time she took to provide health education and she answered all my questions with care. I left feeling relief having been educated on what more I can and should do to help myself. Very satisfied with the overall care I received from Dr. Samar and the front desk staff, I highly recommend this place.If you're visiting as a new patient, you'll notice that this is located within an apartment complex. The parking is free for first 3h and the 2nd floor is a retail area parking space. And Empire Eyewear is located on the 2nd floor too so if you park on the 2nd floor you wouldn't have to take the elevator.

Wow what an incredible experience! I walked up to the store and Dr Anisa Jeewa, greeted us and made us feel so welcome and set me up with an appointment for a few days later. When I arrived for my appointment Dr Samar Kafeel was so quick to welcome me and took such great care of me. I love the glasses I got and I can not wait to show them off!!
