They ordered my WEDDING band WRONG. We met with Lacrecia to find our wedding band for our wedding coming up, we found one and she offered us 10% off. We then called to place our order with the manager of the store and she then told us she wouldn't be honouring the 10% off. When we came into the store to pick up my band it was THE WRONG GOLD. Massive issue. Our wedding is a destination and we're on a time crunch. We now had to re order my ring in the correct colour of gold. It may not even come in on time because of a mistake the manager made. The manager has not called us even once to follow up or apologize for her huge mistake. We should have been followed up on several times and offered more than the initial 10% that she didn't even want to honour. We should be getting this ring at a way larger discount or at least something like earrings etc for the anxiety and issues this has caused for our upcoming wedding. I spent all night freaking out and crying as this could massively impact our wedding all because the MANAGER of the store couldn't order our $5000 ring correctly. This isn't a fun gift it's a wedding and an extremely expensive ring. Incredibly upset and disappointed. Beyond.

My wedding ring was size 7 when I bought it and got engraving on it. I needed to resize it to a size 6. I went to the store and spoke to an associate named Lacresha. I asked twice if my engraving would be lost if I resized to a smaller size, and I was told it would be re-engraved if while resizing, the original engraving was lost. I asked to let me know first if that was a possibility because if it wasn't, I would have thought for alternatives. She sent my ring for repair without letting me know if it was a possibility or not. When I got my ring back, it was resized, but NO engraving. Apparently, Lacresha failed to mention in the repair order that engraving needs to be there. I wonder if repair people didn't notice either that there is an engraving in place and should they remove and redo!!! I had to again give my ring back for re-engraving, for which I had to initially pay, but they had to remove the charge because it was the associates fault. Not to mention, it took 6 weeks to come back, and some of the customer service reps on chat are of no good. I don't understand how people can fail to comprehend simple instructions. If a task is unachievable, let the customers know that we can take alternative routes. Big kudos and 5 five to associate Diago, who has been the most helpful and the understanding one out of that whole lot.

Hilda helped me pick out a beautiful set of earrings as well as a stunning ring. She explained the value in the extended warranty so I know my gems will be protected. Can't wait to come back and pick out some more beautiful items in the future.Thanks again Hilda!

Purchased my fiancés wedding band from a different location which we had wonderful service! Came to this location to get resized, when we picked up the ring from being resized it was too small & dirty. Beyond frustrated as the person who waited on us had measured his finger and said the size he needed. We learned later that she had input the wrong size into the order. Went to a different location and had the ring sent back to get the proper size. Also sent in my engagement ring to be fixed and have heard nothing. Not given an estimated time line or anything…I’m still waiting. People’s Devonshire & People’s at the Niagara Outlet have given us amazing service, this store not at all.

I recently purchased a pair of gold earrings as a gift for my mother. They are everything I hoped and more - beautiful, elegant and delicate-looking. When I came in to get them I was so pleased that they looked identical to the picture on the Peoples website! My Mama is going to love them!! Hey Everyone!I wanted to share my experience yesterday when I went to Peoples and arrived there only 10 mins before closing. I was helped by Olivia and Hilda, shout out to these amazing women that were willing to stay and help me out! As frontline workers, these women dedicated their time and energy to assist me when they could have easily turned me away and told me to come back another day with more time.
