TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worst customer service, not even close to TD’s standards.

Taranvir kaur is one of the best advisor she helps me always whenever I visit the branch.

I don’t think TD would do anything about the bad experiences that the customers having at this location ever but I still want to leave a name here if they really care about their customers.the staff nameSherbaz MundaManager Customer ExperienceHe is very unprofessional when dealing with customers which he doesn’t deserve the tile as a MCE at all.

I’m not looking for a reverse-physiological response.On many occasions I risk driving my pickup truck through their very tight drive-thru just to discover their ATM is out of service. I would proceed to the ATM in the foyer, but I kept forgetting they lock you out from accessing your money.Wasn’t the ATM designed [worldwide] to access your hard earned cash 24 hours?The last time I visited this ATM (March 6th 2022), I left a handwritten note in the door addressed to the branch manager. Never received a response of a “concerned manager”.I initially decided to bank with TD because of their extended hours & many locations available.I have 2 personal accounts & 2 business. Not good td-Brampton.

I visited this branch yesterday and i had appionment with tanvir kaur ,she having very good and family nature .she understands my problem very well and she gave me the best solution.

I visited Brickyard TD Bank, and the service was absolutely horrible. The line was extremely long, with only 1-2 people at the booth. There was a white lady who appeared to be the manager just walking around the tellers with her coffee mug. I think her name was Stephanie. When asked for help, she laughed it off and told us to wait until they became available. When the teller at the booth asked the white manager for help, she didn’t acknowledge him at first and was actually whilst breathing heavily before helping him. She had so much attitude, and the customer behind me left to complain about the manager. She was dismissive to customers and her employees as well. Seems miserable to be there and is setting a poor representation of TD. She was extremely rude towards those of color (including me). I'm not sure if she has a racial bias and is simply racist. One of the other ladies didn’t get her name, looked Guyanese she was extremely helpful and supported the other two workers to get the line moving. On top of that, earlier in the morning, there were homeless people sleeping next to the ATM machine. I didn't feel comfortable using the machine. For this reason, i waited to see a teller and experienced this nonsense. The white lady should be either retrained, fired, or moved. She’s going to ruin this branch and will be the sole cause for losing customers.I will be switching banks and taking my business to a more reputable bank.

Vikram bassi is very good associate here, if any one want to invest or any bank related issue please visit him , i visited bank yesterday, while nothing workout to resolve my problem he is the one who help me ,he is also so polite and helpful as well.

Spoke to and explained our request to Kamal on the phone and confirmed an appointment for 4pm on the next business day. At 4 pm that day his 330 appointment showed up. Instead of taking us, we were shifted to someone else who could not waive the transaction fee and instead tried to upsell us due to the value of our account" to a investment manager. He was not pleased with the fact we had e-series investments and used the word "cheap." So

Today I went to this branch around 4:30 PM and I met with bank teller , she is the only one woman bank teller at that time and the others two are man. She is very unprofessional and very bad behaviour and no respect to customers. I have few bad experiences with this branch and today is the worst. She doesn’t fit to deal with customers and even I asked polite way she still has bad manner , very disgusting attitude. I’m thinking of switching my banking to another bank because I am sick of their service.
