A place with really good location. The staff there, Iryna, is always willing to help. I am very happy with this apartment, and will recommend it with my friends.

The place is good for students as it's very close to McGill and has several grocery stores nearby. The building manager, Iryna, is very helpful and tries her best to help tenants.

Our manager Iryna is so kind and responsible. When I need the spare key, she contacts another manager at once, and the another manager get to the lobby without any delay. And check my id and give me sparekey without deposit. They are good!

Two suggestion for you if you insist that you want to live in this building.1. Check the condition of the apartment in advance. If you cannot come to check it, ask someone else to check. Otherwise you have high chance to get a place without any renovation and cleaning.2. Check your future neighbor If it is possible. There is a high possibility that you will be able to get second hand smoke and weeds If they smoke. The smell of weeds can get into your room from the window and the power outlets or even some slits on the wall. If you are lucky enough, you can even get a little gift from your neighbor.This one star is for some of the friendly people who work for this building. They have tried their best. But they cannot help me.

The 2 stars are for the Iryna, who is trying to help and doing her job... but upper management...0 start1. too much construction, during my 2 year stay, over a year is having construction. Now everyday I am waking up by the noise. I worked at night sometimes, that's a nightmare, I have no idea how can I fall asleep in day with the noise... Plus, the construction brings tons of dirt and sand into your house2. Poor soundproofing + Cockroach + bedbugs + stolen parcels: they are realSome suggestions: visit in person please, take a look at the laundry and the garbage area. test the soundproofing.Lastly, I still thank you those people who are trying to help... but for now, not recommended...

The building manager Iryna is nice, the stars are for her. Personally, I cannot ask more about the price for a big 3 1/2 apartment (with partition wall for 2 ppl, ~$1350/mo), but keep in mind that you need to check your mailbox for lease renewal notification

Great place for student residence! This is the rental office to a few other apartment buildings belonging to cogir. Whenever I need help regarding the lease, this is the place that helps me out. They helped me out with tax return documents 3 years after my lease with them was completed. It's a really responsible place with very caring staff!

Amazing and clean building owned by some amazing people. Bobo was the most helpful business man I talked to during this horrible year that lets face it, is not the best to rent an apartment.
