This place is wonderful for someone who has sensitive skin. As for staff Daniel is amazing and very product smart.

Management is extremely rude and uncaring of staff members. Wether they’re sick and coughing constantly, throwing up, or having a physical ailment, it’s constant degradation and no compensation. On the customer side, when attempting to purchase any item, the manager will hop in and shove as many products down your throat as possible and give wicked attitude if you still decline the 4th or 5th time. Upper management, I URGE you to look into this.

Visited this location on Jan.5/21@ 11:30am. Every year, for the last few years, at the same time of year, I replenish my supply of Body Shop products. Always great service. This year was no different, other than a very rude and argumentative sales associate. She insisted and argued with me about a product I buy every year. Long story short, with reluctance and frustration I opted for something different. My friend was considering purchasing some products and decided not to due to how rude this female was. Kim, who rang my order in was quite pleasant. We were then verbally shoved out of the store. I work in an establishment that serves thousands of people per day and understand the covid/stress environment and customer service. This female needs a refresher course on manners and customer service, unfortunately I didn't catch her name. My hope is that upper management reads these reviews. Unpleasant visit.

Honestly the male manager here is the worst thing to happen to this once wonderful store. The products and rest of staff are great, but the attitude from management needs extreme work. Great job rest of team, keep up being awesome. Manager should be in another field because customer service is not for him.

Been shopping here for quite some time. One of the few places to get high quality skin and hair care products for men, without having to resort to unpredictable online services. Maty was a huge help today and really showed the value their business offers to all types of customers. Reusable product containers made from 100% infinitely recyclable materials, like aluminum or glass is an awesome business direction that I really respect as a former steelworker.

Awesome location that never fails to please! Have been a long time shopper with Body Shop due to my skincare needs following chemo treatments! Love that the staff are well versed in their PK as well as being so friendly and helpful!!Not only do I highly recommend the products - I highly recommend this store!

Had a wonderful experience in the Red Deer store today. The productsspeak for themselves so it comes down to customerservice. The store manager Matty was fantastic!! pleasant, happy , polite and professional. Great shopping day.
