horrible triage process. my dog was bitten by another dog and was severely bleeding. they spent more time trying to look up my address than asking any important questions. then I was asked to upload a photo to them which they said wasn't that bad." I work in the industry and was well aware my dog had an artery severed that required stitches. otherwise I would have just taken care of the medical treatment myself and taken him to my clinic if it could have waited. ended up having to drive further but was thankful cavan got him stitched up. would NEVER recommend this place especially in an emerg."

This is my regular vet. They do what they have to without pressuring you for things you don't need. Great staff, so friendly.

Our dog Winnie cut her rear paw severing and artery and several cuts on the pad we called and we were sent right there ,she was then taken in for emergency surgery the care that she received was exceptional and the follow-up as well I think we owe our dogs life to them

This has been our pet's vet for years. As with other vet locations, the prices are very high, and availability is sparse. We book a month in advance, and sometimes, they call to reschedule due to understaffing. They muzzle dogs rather than spending time making them feel comfortable and aren't overly friendly with customers.

Best vet clinic. Dr Melissa is amazing. We have a diabetic cat and she has been incredibly helpful with the original diagnosis and then managing it since.

Kindhearted staff was there for us when we had to put our dearest old dog to sleep.Offered varied options.Gave us as much time with him as we wanted in a peaceful, comfortable room.Thank you to all the staff from the Tilley family.

When i tell people my dogs vet is a crossroads, they say im lucky, and i can't disagree. My pup is only 1 year old, but by far one of the best vet clinics. They r slowing re-builing my trust and appreciation for vets, after several not so nice visits from other vets with my previous pet.
