The motor of our 2017 Tucson died late on New Year's Eve, 400km away from home, and of course everything was closed for a few days. These guys at Hyundai St-Nicolas were the first to answer the phone and they told us that they would change the motor and lend us an SUV free of charge for 9 days while they were fixing it. We were kept in the loop the whole time, and every contact with their employees has been reassuring and reports of constant progress. My wife and I were frankly surprised by the outstanding customer service. Well done!
