Quality shop. Friendly, interesting, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Solid selection covering a wide variety of tastes.Own brand sticks are quality. Have tried the red and mixed blend so far. Red, unfortunately, was all dried out; cracked wrapper unravelled and didn't burn well. This can happen, and I should have checked and picked a different one but I was like a kid in a candy shop, so lesson learned for me. Flavour was decent at the top end, however, and will be picking up another one for a second pass.Mixed blend was perfection. Beautiful burn and draw with a wonderful flavour. So enjoyable I almost took it down to my fingertips! Will absolutely be taking a spot in my humidor.Delighted to have this place as my regular.

Visited the Burlington location last weekend (sunday) and was greeted by the gentlemen behind the counter. I was asking about the house blend cigars and he seemed to be a wealth of knowledge. I ended up purchasing the white label and red label. The white was a little to light for me but I did enjoy it. The red however I really liked. Only problem was it had a few pin holes and a leaf that wasn't completely sealed in it and made it rather hard to get a good draw from it for the first half of the cigar. Maybe I should have inspected it better. I was probably go back and try the other two house blends but will look them over better first.

I'm a novice cigar smoker, but was never made to feel like I was asking dumb questions. I left with 4 cigars for a golf tournament, and some much needed education. Great service!

Wonderful shop if you’re walking around Brant Street Pier. Lots of selections, beautiful accessories, great walk in humidor. A must visit!

Had an amazing time on the annual Havana Castle Cigar Cruise! So worth it and as my introduction to cigars, a fun-filled experience to try out different cigars and learn from the experts on how it is done. Highly recommended!!

There are a few cigar shops in this area but I recommend coming here, Havana Castle doesn't disappoint and every time I go to one the person working there is friendly, knowledgeable, and can give some solid recommendations. Louie is no different! In my experience walking into a new cigar shop I get treated the same like I don't know what I'm doing but Louie spoke to me like I was a regular and made some great suggestions. The customer service was top notch and I'd come back.

The shop is always pleasant and they have great houseblend cigars.
