My experience with Fulton Co. resulted in a remarkable turn around in my fortunes. I was in a bind and Ms. Heather Lloyd was there to get me an equal parenting agreement after my spouse removed my son from the home. I found her to be very knowledgeable of Family Law principles. She provided me with an unbiased insight in a calm and professional manner. She was supportive in many ways and always had my back even in tough situations.

Called and booked appointment for consultation, provided documentation and personal details and the call never came. Called back two more times only to be told it could take a while for Michelle to follow up. In short, they obtained personal ID and government documents that have our personal information and we never received any service just a run around. Top 3 best, I think not.

I worked with multiple lawyers at Fulton & Company over the course of a decade who were all professional, courteous, and helpful. One lawyer in particular who was with me for most of the decade was Chelsey Mack. I was not familiar with the legal process but Chelsey took the time over and over to explain what was going on, what approach was being taken, and the likelihood of the outcomes. She was very professional throughout the process but her caring nature made it much more bearable. She listened to my frustrations with understanding, support, and sincerity. Watching her work within the legal system proved her knowledge and smarts but her gentle approach with me proved her well-roundedness as a lawyer.

Heather Lloyd has been my lawyer for family court matters for the last year and a half. She has been great. Extremely organized and I’m able to have confidence in her ability to provide me realistic expectations but also listen to my concerns and stand up for me. Highly recommend.

The communication from these people are very poor.... I would never use them..... they are holding my inheritance and not letting me know where it is... or how long it will take to get it .... I've sent multiple emails.... NO RESPONSE.... absolutely disturbing firm.

I worked with four different folks at Fulton and I can't speak highly enough regarding all four. They carried me through some very difficult emotional times with a degree of professionalism and personal caring that made all the difference in my life as I went through some difficult years. I particularly want to single out Chelsey Mack. Chelsey was insightful, absolutely knowledgeable and supportive beyond my wildest dreams. Lavish offices and they stay at the best hotels but I did not feel that I received much value. They charged us a fortune and the relatively simple estate litigation did not even go before a judge. I felt as though Lyle just wanted us to settle in mediation so they can cover their payroll for the year and not have to work much for it, it seems. I didn't get any sense that Lyle was actually advocating for us, just sat on his laurels and postured. I think he could have cut the bill in half but was content to watch us flounder. No really good advice offered and for as long as they've been in business I think they could have made things a lot easier for us by giving us some at the onset. That would not have been in their best interest though. For this reason I would not use them again. The staff were pretty good, and responsive.

I incorporated my company with Fulton & Company. They made the process easy and stress free. They have been quick to respond to my questions and have continued to advise me as my business grows. If you are a business owner or are considering starting a business, Fulton is a great choice.
