Over the years, I have joined numerous gyms but nothing took. In January 2021, I opted for a personal trainer. Ally assessed me and set up a personal program based on my age and my abilities.I have benefited from Ally’s expertise and her continual journey towards excellence. My flexibility, range of motion, and core strength has improved greatly.One of Ally’s strengths is in providing a program that never gets old or stale. She has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness.She is always positive, energetic and motivating. She ensures every exercise is executed in the correct body position and alignment.Ally is a continual student and teacher always bettering her knowledge and putting into action the benefits of her learning through her fitness program and communications.With Ally’s knowledge and experience, I have been very pleased and would highly recommend her!-Yves Boudreau
