My dog of 12.5 years need to be euthanized. And it was a Sunday morning and the way my dog and myself were treated was absolutely amazing for the situation we were there for. The doctor and vet techs were so understanding and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My 17 year old cat required end of life services yesterday and I couldn’t get in to see my regular vet until next week. Since my vet is a partner clinic with this one they sent me a referral which waived the emergency fee. When Dr Kristina took 1 look at my cat, she confirmed what I already knew, that he was dying, and took any doubts I had about bringing him in for euthanasia. She then waived the exam fee, because there was no exam. She made him comfortable, and took us both into their comfort room where she so gently and compassionately helped him cross over. As terrible as the whole situation was, the compassion of the Dr, and all of the staff I encountered made the heart wrenching process a lot easier. Thank you to the staff at the clinic for all of your help, and keeping it together when I was falling apart.

The clinic staff and vets here are top notch, and saved my dog Lily after she choked on a treat and had an esophageal obstruction. They acted quickly and efficiently and kept me up-to-date with each step. I am grateful that such a clinic exists, is available after-hours, and is close to home, otherwise things could have turned out much differently. They even called the next day to see how she was feeling and make sure she was doing OK. It's always scary when your pet has an emergency, but I am so grateful to the team here. Thanks again.

I want to thank the staff that was working the night of Friday March 31. I called frantically as something unexpected happened to my cat. they told me to head right in and they took him right away. He was screaming in pain. Dr Zaeem was excellent. He kept me updated in a timely mannerWe had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our fur baby. One of the staff, Ally (sorry if I misspelled), was absolutely amazing. I was a blubbering crying mess and she remained professional, compassionate and kind. We were given time with our cat as did not feel rushed at all. They gave us all the time we needed. I will never forget the kindness and compassion that was shown that night. As terrible of a time it was, I am grateful and so thankful the staff assisted us in any way they could.Thank you all for everything you did for me and my family.

Took our small dog here a couple weeks back. They were being so nice at the start and we ended up paying roughly $1400 all in to get our dog looked at for them to tell there’s nothing else they could do and “ there’s to many cooks in the kitchen” when we had to keep bringing her back because the antibiotics they gave us weren’t even right for what was wrong with her. Not only that they made the whole situation feel like this is a serious problem meanwhile they forgot to give the the delivery driver her samples to bring to the lab. It was supposed to take 1 day but we didn’t get the results back for 4 days which means we had to buy more meds because she was still in pain and this was taking so long. All I’m saying is the first day we walked in there comparing to the last day I feel like we were in the same spot yet 1400$ down…. Our own vet was giving us more help over the phone than this vet.All I’m saying is I’m mad that we paid all this money for nothin but pain meds, the wrong antibiotic and a dog leg wrap. I’m just very frustrated and hope this can be resolved some how.

We are extremely grateful for the help of this emergency vet clinic who took care of our dog overnight when she needed an IV etc. The staff and the vet were very kind, professional and supportive, they even gave our senior bordercollie Morvo extra pillows to lay on.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Jessica Dickie this morning, after our pup had an allergic reaction. She was so incredibly nice and formal, as well as very good at handling our very excited (and very crazy) dog! Thank you very much for exceptional care.

I can't say enough good about this place. We were up from Florida with our husky on vacation. At 4 am we woke up to a wet bed and she was basically unresponsive. We called them and they were very helpful over the phone. We ended up bringing her to the office and they found she had eaten some Marijuana at some point in our walk the day before and she was basically just very high.. they were so good with her I would recommend anyone to them. She was so bad I thought we were going to lose her but they knew all the symptoms and were able to help ease our minds. Also their pricing was way better than what we are used to

The staff are amazing and kind. There was a wait, but they were honest and upfront and advised me it could take a while (it was Sunday of a long weekend). Everyone who helped us with our dog treated us and her with kindness.
