Warren and Danica were excellent! The design process, expertise and advice from Danica was wonderful from start to finish. Danica helped us understand sizing and fit in our space. Warren provided great follow through from sale to instal and worked hard to make sure our kitchen met every expectation. He has a great team and was non-pressured and extremely patient with us in our decisions and we were grateful for his expertise and experience.After cross shopping three different cabinet companies, one company didn't even get back to us with quotes in a timely fashion after wasting our time in consulting and not showing for confirmed appointments. The cabinet industry have huge ranges, not only in pricing but especially in service. Kalwood doesn't spend on expensive marketing and for good reason. They don't have to. Very patient as we decided between colors and hardware and had great suggestions to help guide us through ideas we hadn't thought of.Justin was our installer who was always punctual and respectful. He removed his shoes when he entered and covered the cabinets with drop clothes to protect them from dust. Always great at communicating with me on updates and timelines.Adriano Scaldeferri is the glue that kept things moving forward and is an extremely professional in both knowledge and demeanor. With a disarming personality and a keen eye for detail, he gave us the confidence to secure our decision with Kalwood for such an investment in both time and money.From initial consultation to installation, Kalwood was professional and punctual. I'm thrilled with the final result of our kitchen and receive many compliments on it's quality and fit and finish. I highly recommend them.
