I’m living here more than 5 years.Very quiet, convenient and the maintenance is excellent! All units are gorgeous!My unit is facing west . The view is amazing!

I moved in a few weeks ago and so far everything is perfect. the management team do their best to make your move in day as easy and comfortable as it could be. my unit is renovated and perfectly clean. Highly recommended :)

15 baif blvd super rude team and resident, doesn’t matter how friendly you are to everyone at this building they will never treat you the same, Star Real was the best but Quadreal makes it go down hill , I just want to say how fake management team are at the office blaming me for something I didn’t do, lie right to my face maybe you can prove it before opening your mouth, can’t wait to move out any time sooner , trust me this building will empty if no action is not taken sooner, my friends had to pay so many times to visit me but they stop due to over charging for parking for 45 mins, it’s a rental building but they charge condo prices

Hi,I recently rented this apartment on 45 Baif Boulevard, and I have to say that the administration of these apartments is great. I want to thank the management team, Mrs. Nelia, Mrs. Unica, and Mrs. Precila, since they are wonderful and very friendly. They patiently gave me all the information I needed about the apartment, and everything is organized and very clean. The atmosphere of the building is wonderful, and it's located in a great location with everything you need nearby, such as a shopping mall and a bus stop.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities are kept clean and well managed. Neighbours are friendly. its an added bonus that noise doesn't travel through walls easily here. A little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Definitely nicer than many other places I've seen

Great apartment complex. The renovated units are very spacious and the appliances are top notch. Excellent customer service from the community management team! Very friendly, and quick to address service requests and complete work to a high standard. A very pet-friendly building, which is another great aspect!

I have lived in my apartment for over 3 months and am extremely happy that I chose it to be my home. It is bright, spacious and extremely well-equipped.The building is well-managed by the excellent on-site management team members who are very attentive to any concern that is brought to them. Maintenance issues are taken care of quickly by the friendly maintenance team. All the staff are very friendly and keen to help with any residential issues.I now live close to Hillcrest Mall, shopping centres, plazas, major retailers and bus routes connecting me with access to downtown.
