99.9% of time the company deliveries parcels prior to the expected due date. I am kept up to date with regular e-mails as to the parcels progress and it is usually delivered prior to the anticipated date. Parcels and their contents are always in good condition. Pleased with the service.

Where to begin? I share the sentiment that one star is too many. This courier has lost more than one of of parcels.The latest thing? A bed frame. How!? How do you lose a bed frame? It left Alberta and then just disappeared into the void. Amazon has tracking, but according to Intelcom, the tracking number doesn't even exist.I'm not even going to waste my time trying to talk to the unintelligent half-wits they have running their customer service centre. One would have better luck debating philosophy with a tomato.The only thing this company should do that would benefit people would be to shut down. Absolutely shameful.

(I give it a -10 Stars)Worst customer service...I've been waiting for my (Amazon) parcel for 7 days...I've called the 1-800 number associated with this company at least 15 times and they said wait until tomorrow (never arrives). They say, I'll have my manager call you....(he never calls).I've said, I'll go pick it up, they say there is no where to pick it up...I've tracked it and it says it's on the truck for delivery, but is never delivered...My son is staying home from work awaiting the parcel to make sure it's not left out in the hallway...No reasonable excuses, no answers...worst customer service.I can't believe Amazon would use such an unreliable company...I've never had an issue with Amazon's delivery before ......I'm still awaiting my t.v. and getting no reply except sorry

Package never arrived. The company emailed me a picture of the front of the Halifax building saying that the Amazon package was delivered. (No package was in the picture either) Clearly no effort was made to safely deliver directly to the unit. And, despite my delivery instructions to also call me, no effort was made to contact me. Terrible unreliable service and/or lazy delivery person. Thankfully Amazon refunded the purchase.

Wasn't too happy with this courier service they had set my parcel was delivered marked it as delivered said they left it in the front... I did get my package call them up.. they launched an investigation and mysteriously enough the package showed up at my door... Yet that delivery driver says he took a picture of it and left it in the front... Then a day later he delivers it to my... Really how is that possible if you market is delivered and left it and a lobby... How did you regain possession of my property to deliver it a day later...I'll leave it up to you readers to your own conclusions...

I received an email stating that my package was out for delivery and would be delivered in 3 hours. I waited in my living room where I can see the door because I have had countless issues with Intelcom Courriers not delivering packages and this specific package had already gone through the out for delivery-failed delivery-will deliver tomorrow" routine. 3 hours had gone by

Not even worth 1 star.From my backyard I watched the delivery guy looking Through his van looking at different packages. I watched him get back into his van and leave. I thought nothing if it really bl ut maybe it was someone else he was looking for an hour later notification says delivery was complete I lookednothing than the nerve to attach a picture if my house from the rd . Still no delivery in the picture than when I called hung up on me

July 4/23. I now have two signs on doors so packages might get delivered to the house. But I no longer get emails from this company to let me know my package is coming nor do I get emails to do a review the odd time they actually get it to the correct door....I rarely order from Amazon anymore because of this company. May 2/23 - Update - sent all information as requested by Intelcom. Big fat nothing in response. Review would now have zero stars if possible,Three times we have had parcels delivered to our garage and not the front door of the house. We spoke to one driver we caught but they seem to be incapable of telling the difference. The garage is the big red building with garage doors.
