If I could give zero stars I would. This is the most evil insurance company I have ever had to deal with in my life. These people do not have an honest bone in their bodies. They have zero business ethic, integrity or customer service skills. They will lie to you to get you to go with their insurance company, give you a FAKE quote, and then take that quote back. When you speak to the manager and explain to him what happened he will take his employees side who is lying. They have no way to track conversations and their employees LIE about what was said to save their own butts. I am now stuck with these people because of the lies and cancellation fees they would put on me. They are charging me for a fee when they said they would change my insurance payment date and not waving it. They also gave me a FFAKE quote. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Horrible attitude to customers, including the owner Ian Macleary. If there is some one higher up reading this, PLEASE CONTACT ME. I am being BULLIED by this company.If you deal with someone at this company named Tiffany, please ask the conversation be recorded. She is an outrageous liar and yelled at me for not getting commission for trying to save me money when I asked if there was anything to do to lower my insurance due to competitive pricing.
