I had a reservation at 8. They called me at 7:50 to let me know that I can't pick up my car, I told them I'm coming in 10minutes, guy I was talking to hang up in a rush. When I got there no one was in the office, I guess they didn't want to rent a minivan for $49 in a busy week.

I went there and the manager was very polite and professional. I needed something big and he gave me a clean GMC Terrain 2018 which was very comfortable. after almost 10min I was already gone.

I made an online reservation. I received a confirmation number with pickup time and everything. I even received an email so I can online check in the car... Few minutes after that, the branch office manager called me to tell me he had no car availabilities...I said 'what about my reservation number made online at Enterprise Canada (no third party booking). He said that his branch office is not totally connected to the main stream Entreprise network. The dude was not even capable of cancelling my reservation. I had to cancel it myself. Very bad!

Office closed during regular office hour. Couldn’t pick up reservation, no respond to call. Stood under the sun for 40min calling around for an alternative pick up. This location was also hard to get an Uber ride. Entire trip is delayed.
