Computer & Phone Repair

I tried going to Canada Computers and due to COVID there was a huge lineup just to drop my computer off for repair. I searched for other stores in the area and found this one. My computer was fixed same day and the price was far cheaper than I thought it would be. I will definitely recommend this store to others. It's a little difficult to find it's down some stairs next to the Dollarama.

Called to get pricing, the guy was unprofessional. Called again to get a price quote, three days passed, the guy never sent any quote, even after talking pics & model of laptop. Rude when followed up & stopped responding. Time waste, take your business elsewhere! U r paying for the services,, it’s not free that they should be rude!

Brought my MSI laptop for a cooling fan repair and the guys here took it apart and diagnosed the problem to be only a simple fix; a little dust that needed cleaning and oiling the fan bearing. It used to grind really loudly but now it's just like New! I would recommend bringing all your laptop and PC repairs here! Спасибо!!!

Prices are fair but courtesy and communication are minimal at best. However when it comes to Covid safety practices, enter at your own risk! i.e. no sanitizer, no 6ft between staff and customers, no staff sanitising their hands, your items or wearing gloves/masks before, after or between handling customers' items. It's pretty incredible how they've managed to break every safety principle! :(

I've been to a few places in my time but I can't help but to keep coming back to this one because of the level of service and they are very affordable too!

I was upgrading my laptop NVME drive and missing a specific screw - they were kind enough to give it to me for free even though I wasn't doing any service with them and had just walked in. They refused to take any payment. Will definitely keep them in mind if I need to get some service done in the future.

The best thing those people know how to do is take money. I came to them with a pc that didn't power on, they said they would fix it, but they just powered it on and didn't fix the issue itself, now I have the same problem and they demand 60$ again. The phone expert also didn't fix my one m8 properly and took 150$. The m8 had a crashed screen, he said he'll fix it which he did, but after some time the phone's screen began malfunctioning and then it powered off and couldn't be turned on. After being serviced by these guys for 6 years, the foolish me understood that those guys are very incompetent people that can fix only small problems, but when you ask them to do something big, they'll just fix it enough for it look good in order to take your money.

Really good service! The people working here are Russian, but they do speak english also and are very good at doing their job. They fixed my ipad screen 4 years ago, and also my phone screen a couple months ago. They also checked helped me fix my laptop. The charger was broken so they offered me a used one for a cheap price. If you are confused to where this place is, it's on the other side of Dollarama downstairs.

This place is awesome. I called them to see if they were opened because my daughter's iPhone wouldn't charge. Firstly over the phone he made a bunch of suggestions on what the issue could be and even told me not to replace the port or pay anything to fix it until I tried his suggestions. Unfortunately it still wouldn't charge. I took it in and again he started trouble shooting the issue and determined it was the charger not the phone. I left with not paying for any service. I did buy a charger that he tested first. Honest and sincere guy.

My boyfriend's laptop developed an issue after he started an update and couldn't be opened or used. He brought it in to this store to get it fixed, and when we went to pick it up, we found that they went above and beyond what he asked of them for only 70$!!! Not only had the repairmen made the laptop functional again, but also tightened up loose screws and freshened up the hardware. They even installed an anti- virus app and updated his software so that free, new apps like Windows Office were there. I'll be bringing in my laptop to get fixed next! :)
