Mark and his team always do a great job helping us out! I'm always very appreciative when I have them come by and do stuff I didn't even know they did! Highly recommend.

Mark and his crew were a pleasure to work with while replacing a number of windows and installing 2 sliding glass doors. Although they came across a number of issues of rot and damage to that side of the house, they were meticulous in repairing the problems and always clear about what they needed to do and why. We are extremely happy with the results. The windows significantly reduce noise from outside and have certainly reduced heat loss. Thank you Mark for a job well done.

Ordered 11 windows and two sliding glass doors, Mark and his team did everything in their power to make me happy including putting new trim and window sills in and I gave them free choice of how they were going to do it and it looks amazing hands-down I would recommend Mark and his team!!

Nice windows made by Retro Teck, friendly staff but unhappy with quality of finished work and cleanup. Windows ordered in early may and final installation completed in october. Completion took much longer than expected.

Avoid at all cost. Really unprofessional. Tried to make me look bad after I made him come back and pick up the nails and waste that he left on the ground in assorted areas. He said I had no integrity and shame on me for making him do the job he was paid to do. After payment was sent, he emailed me 3 hours later saying he was going to take me to court if I did not pay. He showed up at my house banging on the door, yelling and screaming and creeping in our windows when my wife was home alone. I told him on numerous occasions to leave my wife alone and deal with me. He kept messaging her and would show up unannounced when I was at work. He would only take cash as payment and could not supply a proper bill showing materials and labour. Unless you want to deal with a ten year old kid, stay away at all cost.

I would definitely recommend Out West Windows. Mark and his crew showed up day after day to complete a major remediation despite the snow and freezing temperatures. They were courteous, punctual and professional.We were constantly involved in the process and given lots of photographs and details to document the scope of work that needed to be done.Not sure what the negative comments are about from other reviewers, because our experience was a very positive one and we were very happy with not only the quality of work, but also the manner in which it was achieved.Good company and good crew to work with!

We finish the project on an agreed price with the deposit and balance on completion when we were completed I stopped by and saw Sarah Clark who is the person I was dealing with on the supply and install of the windows for their home .on completion Sarah said she was happy with the job and the windows . She said she would etransfer me the balance owing on completion , after three or four days of not getting a transfer iPhone Sarah and left a message for her on her phone next thing I got was a text message from Barry Clark demanding that I priced out each separate window the labour it took to install each window and what materials was used for the installation of each single window , The job was agreed upon for one price which was quoted I told them that the price is the price and I needed payment as the job is completed . Then I got a text message from Barry Clark demanding that I go back and clean up the yard and roof again and if he found one little bit of caulking or one nail he was not going to pay for the job we did return and did one more sweep of the job site . Which I tried phoning him to let him know that we had gone over and cleaned up the job site twice now and I need the payment for the job which he refused to send me which led me too have to exercise my legal rights in collecting the balance of the agreed to Proposal which they did in the end etransfer me in two payments , I did not receive one phone call from either Sarah or Barry I was receiving emails at 2:45 in the morning from Barry after I received the last payment. There was not one complaint about the windows or the installation of the windows ! If I have a problem with something I pick up the phone and call who I’m dealing with and talk to them I don’t send out emails and text messages and I do not send people Messages at 2:45 in the morning waking them up , at that time the morning I’m sleeping not crouched over keyboard emailing and rating reviews telling half truths

My bad for not adding a review earlier ! Mark and his crew replaced all of the windows and a door in my house a couple of years back and I had them back to add a fairly large front deck since.They are a very professional and knowledgeable group, work well together and do real quality work. I found them very approachable and listened to my wishes and any concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your renovation needs
