Had to wait awhile before I could get any help from the sales person. Only had one person working in the entire store. There are better bike stores in Moncton.

Had an amazing experience both times I made purchases at Velo. Recently, I bought my first bike (in about 30 years) the staff knew I was a beginner and suggested an appropriate and manageable bike for me. They went over, in detail, the care and maintenance the the bike will need and suggested an appropriate helmet. Not long after, I decided I wanted a bike rack for my vehicle, after looking at a few places and keeping an eye on Marketplace, I was overwhelmed and confused. I returned to Velo (should have went there in the first place) the staff, again suggested exactly what I needed and detailed instructions for maintenance of the rack as well as the bike on the rack. The staff are friendly, approachable and truly took the time to help a newbie out, I highly recommend them.

I was looking for a very specific (and discontinued) water bottle that I was only able to find at this location. Not only did they ship it to Edmonton, it arrived within a week with a little bonus, that I truly appreciate. Thank you so much, and if I’m ever in Moncton I’m going to have to stop in and tell you how great you all are in person!

I am very impressed with the service and staff, I came in sat about an hour before closing and the helpful staff found a bike in stock that needed assembly and they helped me by making sure it would fit my needs. They had it assembled for me by early Sunday afternoon and swapped out some parts and added accessories for me on short notice and were still a few hours ahead of their promised time, if I could give them six stars I would, fantastic job all around! Thank you Velo Mountain Road!

TL;DR Friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and supportive staff.My only regret is not remembering the staff members names working so I can light them up on here for the fantastic experience. Everyone was super helpful, supportive, and knowledgeable. As a big & tall" rider they had a fantastic selection of bikes for me to try out

We bought the Envo ST and the Envo D35 ebikes in June of this year. We’ve had a few months to try them, and we are extremely happy with how they perform. Basically, we love them. We use them on the roads and light trails, and we really can’t think of anything negative to say about them. I also want to say that buying these ebikes at Velo Moncton was an excellent experience. Steven Brideau went above and beyond showing and explaining all the features of the bikes, ensuring the proper seat height, and allowing us to take them on a long test run in a nearby subdivision etc. We also decided to buy a bike rack, and Steven set it up on our van and showed us how to secure the bikes properly. We drove away really feeling good about our purchase, and that’s all you can ask for when making, what for us is, a big investment. Thank you Steven and Velo Moncton!

After I let the staff know a bit about my experience with biking, what features I’d like my bike to include, and my general price range they were happy to guide me through their different models. I felt they were thorough and considerate of what would provide me the most value without pressuring me to make any purchase.This remains true for all other purchases I made and continue to make at VELO since taking home my bike.
