By far the worst manufacturer to buy from. We have a 2014 GMC 3500 cutaway van we use as a service vehicle. Catalytic converters stolen early February of this year with exhaust parts ordered Feb 16th. To date, we are still waiting for a muffler. We were told it was due to Covid19 and worker strikes. It's a muffler for a 2014 cutaway, not something exotic. After being in contact with customer support, I was told mid June is the best they could do. I was also told to expect this muffler mid March at one point too so I'm not holding my breath. Completely unacceptable to be waiting 5 months for a muffler. I will never buy another GM vehicle after this experience.

The team at this location does an excellent job of looking after their dealer partners who are on the front line serving our mutual customers! Keep up the good work.
