This particular location is great. Every time I go to there on coupon days, I buy stuff I don’t need and start a new hobby. >< It’s just such a good deal, I can’t help myself. It’s a dog friendly place and the people are so nice. Especially when your a regular like myself, they’ll always great you.

This is where my family spent a lot of time buying stuff for my boy’s learning and joy. Oh, my go to place for arts and business! Although they have not renovated the interior for the longest time, the staff managed to keep the place really clean, even the washrooms! Keep it up!! Another point, it would be nice to have a little bit more staff. So people would not have to go round isles to look for one and when customer finds one, the staff was already helping someone or in a hurry because he/she has a bunch on his/her plate.

Always great deals for seasonal items. In this case it pays off to wait a bit for the before Easter sale on decor. Got some quality finds at 50% OFF that I can use year after year.

The staff here can improve one’s day. They are genuinely interested in helping out. I had to go back again a few days later, and encountered exactly the same kind of incredibly kind service. Amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff directed me to exactly what I was looking for. I was also pleased to find out that they carried a large assortment of crystal beads for a reasonable price. Will for sure be going back soon!

2020 update: they have added a fabric section in the back corner.Big box store with lots of different items from A to Z. Helpful staff can give you some advice on your project (product knowledge depends on the person's area of expertise). Prices are higher than usual but they have decent sales and discount coupons up to 50% for a single non sale item online and via their app. There is a crafts room for parties and lessons. Plenty of parking and close to the highway. #letsguide

Bought a silhouette cutter yesterday. I asked the employee one question about an accessory to which she smirked at me and condescendingly asked me if it was my first time cutting anything and if I had even watched any videos before going to the store. Nothing inherently wrong with those questions except for her snarky attitude and the way she first judged me before even assisting me with my question. Every other question I had for her was met with a few word response and judgement in her face. I felt like I had to yank information out of her. Will make sure to take my business in another location from now on.

Very great place. Got lots of arts and crafts supplies. Went to find a soluble/waste canvas for cross stitching but they have nothing though, nevertheless, it's still a good place to shop.
