I have tried asking for a quote twice by phone and via email over the span of a year now. Never got a call back or response to my intial email. Months later I emailed again and received a friendly response but eventually he stopped replying and never gave me a quote. I found someone else to do my floors as I can't be chasing after a company to provide me a service.

This guy is the king! Under 5 layers of flooring, I found a beautiful antique softwood floor that had been covered up since 1930. Malcolm came in and refinished it brilliantly. It looks like a million bucks! He is a specialist and he is dedicated to what he does. Just trust him. You won't be sorry.

Does good work but so do many others. He's very difficult to deal with. If you get a quote be sure it is itemized with costs per item. This is standard good contractor practice.
