The staff are very unprofessional and rude and impolite. And the doctors diagnosis was not definitive . Also the doctor couldn't manage the patient's time and waiting time in the doctors office is too too long and you can see the doctor 3 hours after your scheduled time . I totally dont suggest .

Doctor Ardeshiri is one of the best and kindest pediatrician i have ever seen. However, hersecretary is unfortunately the most rude person with poor service that I have ever seen. She just answer the calls to make sure she does not want to help you in any condition. She feels that she knows even more than a doctor. In any way you talk to her, she has the attitude. If it was not for the doctor, I would have changed my pediatrician 10 times before that.

Terrible Dr and staff all together. Refuses to listen properly and dispenses blatantly incorrect advise. Says give milk and honey to a 2 year old who has been throwing up for 3 days! Refused to see the kid with COVID as an excuse.

Every time i call the office the secretary tell she does not have time…. My daughter is one year old and has fever and she refused to see her ..if she does not have time why she accept new patients,if she refuses to see patient why we need pediatrician…if we should go to emergency every time why we need family doctor.she does not vaccinated children at all…..

Dr. Ardeshiri is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr.She is calm and patient, yet detailed and precise and makes sure she overviews all aspects of the child health, not only her current physical problem, but also the main underlying cause.

Poor service and absolutely out of any standards. My 7 years old & had to waited over 2 hour after our scheduled appointment and after a long day at school! Not only the staff are rude and always late but also the doctor is completely inexperienced. She also prescribed a meds that were discontinued years ago.

Good doctor, but awful staff and assistant.Her assistant is terrible, very rude and unprofessional. She does not answer the phone and whenever she does, she makes all the efforts not to provide an appointment. It is not a one-time thing and she is always like that. Very frustrating to have to deal with such an unpleasant person regularly. Specially when your child has some issues and you need to talk to your doctor, but someone keeps stopping it offensively

Doctor Ardeshiri secretary unfortunately she is very rude with poor service ,All her intention is to get rid of doctor patients,After being 5 years there patient ,she told us today we are fully booked for the day and when we called again to find out about tomorrow she told us don’t call again and you can change your kids paediatrician ,Simple like that,Doctor Ardeshiri is really good and knowledgeable but I don’t know why she has a rude and unprofessional secretary to lose her patient.
