Mark's

I stopped into the Princess St., Kingston store a couple of days ago to pick up some new hiking boots, which I'd noticed were on sale for a good price. Checked their store hours online via Google, which indicated that they'd be open at 8 am, but when I drove over there they were closed. Sign on door said they'd not be open until 9 am, so I guessed that they hadn't updated their hours to reflect Covid-19 changes. Drove home disappointed, but came back at 9 am. As I entered I mentioned the error to the sales rep, who was very apologetic. She helped me find the boots I wanted right away, giving me her full attention.Unfortunately, their cash register system crashed as I was trying to pay for the boots. She and a manager tried several things to get it back up while I stood waiting, but they had no luck. They apologized profusely, telling me I'd have to come back after they'd resolved the issue, and would phone to let me know when things were working again, which they did, about an hour later. When I came back to pay for the items I'd selected they were very kind to acknowledge my inconvenience and wasted time - by providing me with a serious discount on everything, which I really appreciated. I left the store very happy that I had decided to go there in the first place. The computer error was not their fault, and I did not complain, but they were so professional with how they dealt with it. Happy customer!

My favourite store in Kingston. They have Denver Hayes jeans that fit me perfectly. I also love the prices of scrubs. Always friendly and very helpful staff if you have questions.

I had a good shopping experience there I found what I was looking for and the lady at the cash was very nice.

Friendly staff. Store well organized. Unfortunately, they have a very limited selection of pants for short men. (28 inseam) Having to pay to alter pants adds significantly to the cost. I can't be the only short guy out there."

Rude and ignorants cashiers. I went two times in a week and they were disrespectful with my wife and me. The two days! A guy with beard and a pony tail and an tall old woman , both white, shouldn't be represent the company brand.

It was a great experience shopping at MARK'S. Good quality foot wear and clothes. The staff are super friendly and helpful yet will leave you alone to look & try on things if that's what you want. I recommend MARK'S.
