I called Thorsness Appliance and asked them to look at my dishwasher They looked at it for 30 seconds and didn't even open the door. I was told it's unfixable by their tech. I wanted a second opinion so I called Bonsals. He looked underneath and found the gear seized. 30 seconds later it was fixed. Thank you Bonsals for saving me hundreds of dollars...
