I’ve been in the process of changing my name, and getting a police record check has been harder than it should be. I brought in what I thought to be the correct forms, and I was laughed at. They can’t print you the right form, even though they have it. I called to clarify what form I should bring, and I was told to call the info line again which has none of the info I need. I am simply just looking for “bring in X form”. I hope in time that your system changes, and you are able to help the citizens that pay your bills. The actual police I’ve dealt with through living in London have been helpful and considerate, and I want to point out that none of this is any officers fault. I simply just hoped to receive more help inside of the office.

I called the traffic department to report the lights are out at Springbank Dr and Wonderland Rd the woman I spoke with was rude and didn’t care about anything I was saying, in fact she cut me off mid sentence and said have a nice day and said goodbye then hung up while I was trying to say something. WOW!I witnessed a free for all the the intersection and no one was flowing the 4 way stop as they should have been , I asked if they could send a traffic officer to the area to direct traffic and possibly avoids some accidents. She said someone was already there, however I was there and there were no police. All she needed to say was she would look into it and make sure it was taken care of!She is someone who shouldn’t be answering the phones because she has no people skills! Shame on you

Never in my life have I seen a less caring Police service. Anytime I've called I get passed all over the place, and no one wants to help.Someone below left a review about the non-emergency guy, and I couldn't agree more. Guy did not care at all, even though I've had my life ruined for months on end. Absolutely zero empathy. No wonder Police has so little respect these days

A little bit obsessive towards their previous clients, however they are fairly accommodating and consistent. Rooms are pretty small and dirty, cold and bright- but you tend to get given the same rooms each stay. Wouldn't visit again thought, overbooked me by a long time.

Tonight on Gammage St. I witnessedwhat I thought was a middle-aged man down on the ground, laying beside a bent up bike & I believed that he had just been hit whilst bicycling. As I passed several cruisers, I noticed a young man turned against a cruiser with his hands behind his back. I felt horrible, thinking the older guy - who didn't look to possess any money - might now have just lost his only means of getting around. So...putting $100.00 in my pocket, I attempted to walk from the nearby plaza to where the incident was occurring, with the intention of giving the older man $100.00 to replace his bike - & if he wasn't hurt I'd make sure that he got home. Instead, the scene seemed to have cleared up" very quickly but I was able to flag a L.P. cruiser down to ask about the older man on the bike. He was THE RUDEST

I had to go in to file a police report & criminal record check. They were extremely helpful while explaining how to fill in the forms and the whole time they were very patient and understanding.I've also had to call a couple of times and they were nothing but professional and promptly took care of the NON-EMERGENCY issues. [There are a couple reviews on calling in about emergencies (drunk drivers); you should call 911 for cases like that. The police will try and get you off the phone as soon as possible so that you can dial 911 to report those.

Thank you to the London Police department. I had to call the non emergency line to get them to do a wellness check on my 89 year old mother, her phone was broken. They were excellent with my mom and actually tried to fix her phone. I greatly appreciate all that you guys do!

Condescending, wipe their hands clean as soon as they can, literally do not care about the public at all and will take 30 minutes to show up .My car was stolen and everything inside it was taken and when I called to see if they had any new information the file had been closed. I have this city. I don’t trust the police and I don’t feel safe in my home .Thanks for nothing , in my opinion they’re just as bad as the people committing the crimes
