CUA (Halifax Shopping Centre Annex)
I spoke to the person at the desk who was a trainee who was very polite but there was a person (a manager). I'm not sure who she was but she was so rude to myself and the traine. She also seemed rather confused and had a hard time keeping track of the conversation which was weird. Anyway, I was there to open a bank account for a non-profit and I was promptly told that there was no time for me and that someone would be emailing me. Anyway it's been it 2 weeks and I haven't received an email. I'm not surprised. Just consider for a moment that it was 2 weeks ago and I still feel compelled to write this review

I have always found the people who worked there to be very friendly and accomodating. I struggle with some health issues and the people are always so kind and thoughtful.

Had the most disappointing service. Can't believe Mike Caron treat his client in such condescending and distasteful manner. He and his team can simply apologize for the lost bank draft but no he chose to be high and mighty and give condescending remarks.

I started a video production company in 2007 with the financial support and expressed interest of a Credit Union Loans officer at CUA. With their help over the years, I have been able to produce many documentaries. I am very grateful to CUA for being my financial institution for all these years. I recommend co-operative banking to small business owners.
