Very friendly and helpful staff.They have a large selection of products. Though, I wish they would have more fresh products, which is the reason I gave my rating a four stars.The Barrhaven location is the biggest and has the widest selection in Ottawa.

Very large and clean location, the aisles are spaced with ample room to shop. Big selection compared to other NFP locations in Ottawa. Keep an eye out for markdowns, I always find good deals when shopping here if I can use something that's about to expire quickly.

The best place ever to shop natural stuff. I went there many many time and each time I meet different employees, all of them are amazing, helpful, and kind. I live going there to get my supplements, organic rice ..etc. they have variety of everything. Just amazing place to be visited. Helpful staff, mostly I know them by now. Some new faces, but all very friendly and helpful. I have been going there since they opened. They have a variety of items, organic, supplements, fresh fruits & veggies. They are giving sound advice on supplements and never fail to answer my questions. Great service. Great team.I highly recommend going there.

I love going here for any natural/holistic products. They also have lots of gluten free and vegan items as well. Great selection for vitamins and minerals. And very kind and knowledgeable staff.

Really enjoyed our experience at the Natural Food Pantry Cafe! The food is excellent! The only downside is that it is a bit expensive. But high quality and delicious! Quite often when I go in there, there isn’t anyone at the counter in the cafe, so you just have to ask t the store checkout, and they’ll call someone up to help you!

Has a great variety of items and found my FAVOURITE EVER chocolate/energy bar!!!I LOVE mid day squares, this place has 2 out of the 3 flavours, and I hope they get the third one soon.Other than that, I got coconut oil for a good price, their veggies selection is super fresh, and there’s a good amount of gluten free options across many categories.Also saw some beauty items that are well priced in comparison to other retailers, and their staff is super kind.

Awesome store and great staff. My only complaint would be that the prices on a few things I buy regularly are a bit high (my gluten free flour, one supplement, and some of the canned items), but on a few others the price is lower than other places, so it works itself out. Their produce is always fresh and lasts awhile, and good selection. The price of produce is pretty good too, I like that I can go here and get most of my produce, saving a trip to the grocery store. The regular cashier I get is super nice, It's a great experience going to this store.
