The Staff are great to work with! Lisa, Tania, Cassidy and Allison are friendly and answer questions promptly. Boardwalk apartments are clean and well maintained.

This is the bad experience I had ever It’s been a month waiting for my deposit 399$ , I was talking to TanyaShe said that she is going to send it to me to Calgary , until now I didn’t receive it since the 3rd of June , andI’m in need of that money , what should I do to get my money is there any responsible I can talk with?

My transfer went so smoothly!Tania went above and beyond to make it a smooth one! For my son and myself!we honestly have had nothing but great things to say.There is just too much.Thank you Tania!you are an amazing person and we appreciate it went smoothly!

I have never been more disgusted about Boardwalk till now I let them come in and do an inspection in my place they came in taking pictures of my personal belongings acting very unprofessional Bashing the tenant and as well as not locking behind them as they left I do not like the fact that you come into my place that I rent and take pictures of my personal belongings there was nothing wrong no damages everything was good I even had other tenants in the same building a Bear Ridge Manor come into the place and look and give me their opinion never thought that they would come in and start taking pictures of my personal belongings which is very invasive I no longer trust them I let them in to do a quick five minute visual and I caught them on camera. My privacy I feel has been violated there was no need to take pictures of my personal belongings. I got the recording of the way they are talking of me and as well as taking pictures in my private space that I rent I will be taking legal action as this was completely wrong of them to do so there is nothing there for them to even take a picture of for maintenance reasons at the same time I noticed they didn’t even have a maintenance guy come in just these two women unmarked no name tags very unprofessional like I kindly ask Boardwalk to take this matter serious and delete all the pictures that we’re takin in 104 thanks in advance

Its very disgusting how landlords charge renters increasingly more each year for a property that is unkempt and poorly managed. Bear in mind that the majority of people renting with boardwalk are marginalized, living on a fixed income. A miserable place to live. This housing is supposed to be affordable and on top of utilities we still end up paying nearly 2 grand monthly for a run down 2 bedroom. The carpeting in my rental is a huge pain, the amount of electricity it has cost me to maintain the carpeting is ridiculous.The majority of landlords here in Canada are grossly unethical and their ever-increasing profits are coming from people who can hardly afford to eat and get by.And in response to your response Boardwalk, you're full of it. Please stop acting like you care even remotely for your tenants when you absolutely could care less about charging people outrageously just to have a roof over their head. I have a right to privacy.

I lived in the apartment up 92ave for 6 years. We moved out a year ago because we moved away from GP. Whenever we had issues they were always fast to fix stuff.. Then when covid happened stuff slowed down a little but if it was anything big they came pretty fast still. When we moved we also got every penny of our damage deposit back (even tho I was scared we wouldn't because of what others have told us about BW) In the full 6 years we never had any bed bugs or any other nasty critters except one time mice, It was just a few tho. My cat killed 2 and dropped them at my feet haha. It was however not an ongoing issue. If we ever moved back to GP I would gladly move back into this building again.
