I went in to get shoes for work. ( My company has an account with them ) I wanted to pay the cost difference out of pocket while I was in-store, the associate refused and said it wasn't allowed..So 3 months later I got a surprise deduction from my pay!Won't go here again.

Pros: Great place to try and buy safety shoes. Easy to find the perfect fit for each person. No need to worry about the fit. Staff offers good service and has perfect knowledge about the models and sizes. More service in less time.Con: Missing a few good brands those are available online.

Bought a few times there and i will not buy again..Spend $250 on safety shoes and in less than 100 days off wearing them are ripped in the back..Called but didn't get help..brought a lot of people there but never again

Went in to browse for some new work shoes (the Reebok's I had bought in July wore out in 5 months). After helping me choose a new boot the clerk even looked up my previous purchase and got a warranty exchange set up for me without me even asking. Great store and staff; I'll definitely keep buying from them
