Made a purchase for an in stock item. I was told I would receive a follow up communication when the item was ready to ship. 2 weeks pass and I received no follow up. I reached out to Stuctube for and update and got a response the next day that the order could not be fulfilled. So… structube collects interest holding onto my money while I pay interest on my credit card for the purchase. I’ve purchased many items from structube, the furniture is nice, but the quality of customer service is in steady decline.

I passed by this location on the way home from Buffalo. Saw a great floor model Kinsey sectional. The price was great. Went home to think about it and called the next day. Apparently it was on hold for someone else but if they didn't claim it it would be placed on hold for me the very next morning. I called the next morning to find out that they did not claim it and it was now on hold for me for 2 days. I received a call the next day saying it was sold and nothing could be done about it.During the conversation I was lied to and being told that it wasn't on hold for me but the person prior to me who ended up buying it. Except they called me to apologize for selling the couch they put on hold for me.An absolute joke.

Totally Loved this store. So many great furniture choices. Best of all was the price tags!!!! I have recently purchased many furniture items, I wish I had known about Structube then. Friendly staff, a great shopping experience

Unprofessional atmosphere. Employees seemed to be there just to hangout. Sitting behind the front desk laughing and gossiping while people are in the store. One of the girls working there had a noticeable attitude. After reading the other reviews, it is safe to say we'll never spend a dime in that store.

Amazing experience! They have high quality products and the customer services was remarkable. I liked how the ladies were professional and gave us space to take a look around and think. Then we asked them questions and they were quite knowledgeable. We made a purchase right away and placed future order as well.First time here and now it seems like this is going to be our go-to furniture shop. Thank you for the experience.

I purchased a Zak dining table end of September at Kennedy Commons in Toronto. We were advised that the estimated time of delivery will be mid November to mid December.I went to check on the status of the order yesterday at the Glendale location in St Catherine’s, which is the closest location to where we moved to. We were advised that the order will be available in mid to end of January 2023.This timeline is now causing a big inconvenience for me. My family will not have a dinner table for Christmas holiday. We understood the shipping and stock issues that every company is going through and we had to do without a dinner table for thanksgiving.I asked for an exception at the Glendale locations to sell us the store model and I was told that was not an option, I also asked if could return the zak bench and chairs and buy something else, I was told that we had to return them to the original store of purchase ( which is absolutely ridiculous) considering that I have to drive a total of 5 hours to and from.As a customer I feel that Structube is not willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, their primary concern is their profitability and bottom line. I have purchased over $10k worth of furniture and clearly your company does not care. Where is the customer service, how about having policies and procedures that are flexible to work with your customers.I’m taking this issue to social media so that the public will also see that you do not care about your clients, all you are interested in is your profit.I’m expecting to hear from someone ASAP!

Regarding the coastal dresser.We ordered one. It took 6 months to arrive even though we were told only 6 weeks (they kept pushing it back). First one was cracked so badly it wasn’t salvageable. Second one never worked properly. The drawers never shut all the way and we tried replacing the tracks with no success. The third one is the same. Structube will not carry items into the house so loving this 300lb dresser each time is a nightmare and the customer service reps definitely give you the run around. They offered us 10% back for our trouble when we know they regularly give up to 20% and they refused to escape to head office after we asked. Save your money and shop anywhere but here. For the price the quality is extremely low.

Had the absolute best experience!!! Gaby and Suzanne were so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us pick the most beautiful pieces for our home. They were so genuine and honest. It was by far the best experience we have ever had at a store. They were even wonderful to our 7 year old and made sure she had delicious treats and sparkling water for my husband and I!! Absolutely love them and can’t wait to come back for the rest of the rooms in our home.

Unfortunately I will never shop here again because of their return policies. I recently purchased a rug and had it delivered to my home. Now it's on sale for $100 off. I called the store and they won't make any price adjustments. I inquired about returning it and was told I had to return it within 7 days of receiving it. That's not enough time, it should be 30 days for purchases. It's too bad because I liked the store and was looking at purchasing some furniture. I'll shop elsewhere

Decent furniture store chain with very reasonable prices. Sometimes, the furniture is on backorder for a bit, but they are usually accurate with their delivery promise. The furniture is usually simple and easy to assemble.
