Had such an amazing experience with Carla! Came in for a double helix piercing which was a completely new experience for me and she was great! She put me right at ease, talked me through the whole process and made sure any questions I had were answered! The piercings look great and are healing up with no problems. Would definitely recommend stopping in to see her!

Girls were friendly and gentle for ear piercing. I had my earlobe repaired months back from a split it's considered plastic surgery. I needed to go to a place that were professional. They had to pierce just to outside of the healed scar to avoid re tearing. They did a great job. Explained the after care clearly. Would recommend Caryl Baker. Thanks

Friendly, professional, and efficient. I went here to get a second piercing in both ears (I'm 46) and was nervous going in but was made to feel calm quickly. It was over before I knew it and I'm very pleased.

Horrible place to work. Extremely manipulative, tends to false promises. Towards staff. Including wage that is not equal to your credentials and skill set. Poor management & communication skills towards the staff. No equal pay. will split tips. Extremely sales driven. They don’t enjoy when your disagree with them or have other life goals within the industry . 10/10 do not recommend :)

Super nice professional staff, clean spa and atmosphere. I got my eyebrows done here today and I'm in love! I got them waxed and shaped, it was my first time here and I am super impressed! I didn't catch the name of the girl who did them but she did exactly what I asked for! I have thick eyebrows and I love how she shaped them but still kept them thick like I asked for! I have had super bad experiences at other salons where they try and thin my brows down so I'm glad I finally found a place that does them how I like them! Not to mention the pricing isn't bad either! I will defiantly be coming back

I had come here for my first facial … for some unfortunate reason I dint enjoy it as much as I expected it to be and left a honest review and was able to openly communicate with the manager and the supervisor. The customer service and how they treated me as a customer with an issue was amazing … they gave me a complimentary facial which was much expensive than the one I payed for in the first place . They really made a unhappy client felt heard and showed me how amazing the services actually are …Thank-you …This also was an eye opener for me and reminded me that just like us everyone has good and bad days . Let it be any company, if one experience dint turn out as great as u wished or envisioned in the first place we need to remember these people who work anywhere are humans Like us who has bad days and good days it doesn’t define who they are or the services. A simple honest communication could be the best solution .

We walked in kinda last minute to get our ears pierced. Both of us were getting our second lobe piercings, and they squeezed us in before their next appointment. My friend went first, and Anna was very careful to communicate the placement with her, and made sure she really liked it before she went ahead. I went to get mine done next, but my original piercings (done almost 20 years ago somewhere else) were so lopsided that placement was challenging. Anna once again was very careful to communicate my options with me, to either line the piercings up with each other or with the original holes. She even brought over some other colleagues for a whole consult. We ended up re-doing one of the first holes in addition to the second. My ears look great, the communication between the piercers and us was absolutely golden. Thank you so much Anna, and thank you to the woman who's lunch break we delayed, I really appreciate your expertise.

I have used Carla Miller for years and she has done such an amazing job. She knows her products and her clients so well: She is kind and gentle with all she does. She takes the time to explain thing. And show how they will better my skin and body. She is truly a gem and an asset to the company. If you need a great treatment she is your girl for sure.
