I worked with Steve and Julia last month, they helped me to sell my house in Saint John.I have contacted them on a short notice, but they were able to close the deal on time. Lawyer Steven Veniot is very knowledge, careful and explain everything in simple term as English is not my first language. His secretary Julia Anthony always respond my email very quick which I really appreciate and always look for this in real estate law. The other lawyer that I did work with before was very slow in respond and I did not like that very much. So, I satisfy with my case when buying house with Steven, I recommend Steven's service.
