Twin's Tailor & Dry Cleaning

Stopped here to have some patches put on my leather vest. The gentleman I worked with was friendly & very professional. I was surprised how inexpensive it was, the turnaround time was very fast too. I will certainly be back

Had a rip in my jacket. They fixed it by putting a small patch. I was under the impression they would just sew it. It's good though.

The owner is a really polite gentleman. His service is fantastic and does a phenomenal job on all my laundry and alteration needs.An honest and great business.You can't go wrong here.

Intially was please with their service. Took four shirts there, expensive ones, to dry clean. When I picket up, one white shirt was not cleaned at all, I noticed it had a cigarette burn hole in the front (I do not smoke) and some strange green spots on the back. The owner said nothing, except the cost of the other three shirts. I asked how did this happen, he said absolutely nothing except the cost of the other 3 shirts again. Angry, I paid and left. As a business person, I put notes in my shirt pockets. When I take shirt to the cleaners I always make sure there are no notes in the pockets, I also check the front of the shirt, I certainly would have noticed a cigarette burn hole. Also, I noticed they had stapled that paper tag on the button hole. They put those on before they send them out to be cleaned. I observed from another cleaner how and when it is doen. They lay the shirt flat with the front up to put on those tags in the button hole. They would have immediately noticed the hole before even putting on the tag. Since the tag was on, the hole must have been made after they put the tag on. I wrote a letter asking for partial value of the shirt. It was a FA MacCluer costing about $70 new. They never answered my letter. I'm sure they have business insurance...they don't care. A really bad experience and the last time I was there.

Great tailor used to work for Adrian Jules the guys a beast. Plus super friendly and helped me out a bunch I stay loyal to them

First tailor I've ever tried and based on the incredible work they do I may never need another one. I've gone to them like 6 times over the years and the work is flawless, on time, they're friendly, accommodating and priced fairly. I highly recommend for any clothing needs, Tailor's jeans, shirts, suits, dresses... and or dry cleaning. This guy is the man!

I’ve been coming here for some time and have always been pleased with the service. They are quick, polite, conscientious, and they provide good work. They’ve cleaned draperies for me as well as suits, sweaters, and other items.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I left a number of items to be dry cleaned and collected them a few days later only to find that a very expensive coat had been destroyed. All buttons had their colour stripped, leaving them with a rusted appearance. In addition, padding in the coat had all been disintegrated, leaving the coat unwearable. To make matters worse, there was an extremely foul smell off the garment. The owner wanted absolutely nothing to do with this matter - he and his daughter were not interested in rectifying the issue and were both quite rude. Do not leave anything to be dry cleaned in this place - they send everything offsite, meaning their shop front is dishonest when it claims that they do the dry cleaning themselves.
