Dr. Parekh and Associates

Dr Sultan is my dentist and he is fabulous! I am 56 yrs old and petrified of dentists. Dr Sultan took his time with me, addressed my fears and now I look forward to going. I have had extensive work done, fillings ( fear kept me in pain and away from dentists) extractions and a plate fitted. For anyone with a fear of dentists...this is the surgery for you. I thank you Dr Sultan, for helping me to be able to sit in a dentist chair, have work done without fear.

Staff doesn't seem to be caring. Terrible service. You are in time, then they let you wait for 45 minutes, you are 15 minutes late, they won't take you in and do any work, ask you to reschedule your appointment.

A couple years ago a close friend of my had some work done by Dr. Parek that was done below standards and incomplete , she was then wrongfully treated with excessive medication and hospitalized for 5 days. Needless to say she went to a different Dentist and then a surgeon to repair his mistake and refused to pay until things where resolved. Not once while hospitalized did Dr Parek come by , offer assistance , or contact his patient ....... but did make sure that he passed the invoice onto a bill collector. She has now finally completed all the corrective work that was needed and moved on to a professional Dentist but felt this needed to be shared. Hope you all have better luck than she did.

Staff and dentist are great!!!

I had an X-ray taken and was told I needed a filling between my teeth on my right side. When I went in the dentist said I actually needed a filling between my teeth in my back molars on both the left and right sides. I got my first filling done and the next day it came loose. I had to go back and get it redone causing a lot of pain and sensitivity. The dentist made me feel silly for saying it came loose until he realized I was right. I didn’t have good vibes from the dentist who worked on me so I decided to get a second opinion on the other side that was supposed to get a filling. The next dentist told me there was absolutely no cavity on the other side and no filling needed. Over the years I have had countless fillings done at Dr.Parekh’s and this experience makes me question whether all of those fillings I had done were actually necessary. Also had a root canal done there a few years ago and the new dentist I went to said there was a piece of something dropped in my jaw during the procedure that he could see in the X-ray. Not to mention everytime I go there I see a new dentist every time and a new dental hygienist, which is not comforting that it is a new person working on my teeth every single time. Not happy with my experience here, save your time and money.

Very informative, very nice staff

Dr. Azim Parekh completely took away my fear of Dentists. I had been terrified due to a few bad experiences at a yougner age and when my wisdom teeth pain started to come, I had no idea what I'd do. Thankfully Dr. Azim made me feel at ease and I now am ready to improve my teeth and visit back regularly. Thank you so much Dr. Parekh.

Dr. Parekh and his staff treat their patients with such care! I recently had to have a root canal and made it known that I had great anxiety about the procedure. Thank you for a comfortable and positive dental experience. I highly recommend this office!

I have been going to Dr. Parekh for over 20 years in Alliston. Recently there was a miscommunication regarding some work I needed done. When I raised my concern regarding the quote, Dr. Hundal and the staff handled the situation with integrity and respect for me as a 'customer'.
