Mold Busters Cumberland

I had a very musty smell coming from my bedroom and could not find where it was coming from. I pulled up the laminate floor, thinking that was it ,but realized the smell was not gone. So, I called Mold Busters. Nikita, the manager came in , found the problem within 10 minutes. I have a crawl space, which Nikita went down to look, He took pictures and showed me right away that there was mold on one of the beams which I did not see when I checked it earlier. His crew came in and vaccumed the entire crawl space, then sprayed it all with environmental safe spray. NO, it did not cost an enormous amount of money. My crawl space has never been so clean ! And, my house smells clean and fresh ! Nikita is a very pleasant and extremely polite person .He explained everything fully and answered all my questions. If you ever have a musty smell or mold problem, big or small Call Mold Busters . They even called me twice after everything was finished to make sure I was satisfied with all that was done. The technician (Daniel Hamid) arrived on time and was courteous, answered all my questions and walked me through every aspect of the inspection. After the inspection he provided a thorough summary of his assessment and the next steps, iterating that details would be provided in a report. Great service! Would highly recommend.

I am very satisfied with the service from Daniel and Jacob. They did a very clean job, I was surprised how cleaner the area looked after the mold removal. They are very professional and every step is documented well with before and after reports with lots of pictures. All reports are in their online system and payments can be made on the same portal, really easy. Recommended.
