Tony and the team at Servcomm were not only very knowledgeable about the latest telecom technology but they did what they said when they said they were going to do it. They didn't try to oversell me on a system that I didn't need and their prices were very reasonable. Couldn't be happier with our decision to go with them. They're knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely cares about helping small business save money. When Servcomm first joined the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce we were extremely impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. They have gone above and beyond to get our new phone system up and running and have come back multiple times to help train our team. Switched from Telus because it was very difficult and frustrating to get any action from them when needed. The people at Servcomm are well trained and respond almost instantaneously. Tested them out at one of our branches and are now in the process of rolling out the other 2. So happy we made the switch.

The team at Servcomm saved us from some very expensive phone bills for our small business. We needed to upgrade our platform and our previous provider was pushing us towards a very expensive new system. Servcomm showed us a better way that saved us a ton of time and money. We had a few legacy phone issues along the way during implementation but Servcomm was able to resolve all of our issues. Emergency support is timely and efficient. I'm so glad we switched and am happy to recommend them to any business.

I give 1 star to Tony. He is a very sensitive old man who takes any question regarding pricing very offensive. As someone who is exploring void phone system for the first time, his explanation was lackluster and he would get angry if you ask for explanation for the cost breakdown and what it entails. Instead of being confident about presenting the price, he was very defensive. He boasts about his 5 star google review, which is very misleading. I wish all the best but I suggest tony taking an anger management class to better tame his temper. G
