Went to get a kate spade dress altered as it was too big under the arms and she did a terrible job. Now it’s too tight and I can’t wear a bra with it. Went back 4 times trying to fix it but it’s ruined. She’s terrible and I should have known when I did the original fitting and she pinned just one side with 1 pin. I asked her if she knew what she was doing as I would think you would pin both sides with a few pins and she said it would be ok. Definitely the worst tailor I have ever used and I’ve used many. Too bad Barry’s Tailors moved to Gabriola they were the best.

This is my go to place. She always does a great job and doesn't charge much. It's always good to find someone who takes their profession seriously.

Ended up going here because of the great reviews, but ended up very dissatisfied.I brought in my flight suite/Uniform that I wear at work, and asked to have pockets put on, as there were none. I was asked if the color had to match, and I said it didn't have to be perfect, but it had to be close.I ended up with pockets that are way different colors, even the pockets are different colors.(one pocket is darker then the other)I looked a bit closer, one pocket is sewn on corked and one straight, and then i noticed one even had a large stain on it!This is a uniform I were at work for a commercial aviation company. There's no way I can show up to work wearing this. I'm now going to have to pay someone else to undue her work and then have it done proper.

I've brought a variety of clothing, pants, skirts, coats, swimsuits and sweaters here - everything turned out great!

Absolutely fantastic work! I couldn't be more happy! I procrastinated on getting my bridesmaid dress stitched up and she totally saved me! The dress looks amazing and fits perfectly. Thank you SO much!!!
