went to buy a bbq i wanted two things a side burner on the right side and one i did not have to cover in the rain.got a great price and was told it would be delivered on Monday called next day they were busy should be next day this went on and on finally on Friday was told by Al got too good of a price could not be delivered . so got a truck and picked it up.got home worked great till it rained and all the meat fat ran all over the in side by the tank ,across the deck and down the siding.went back ,said they would call Napoleon after a few weeks of this with no result ,told i could buy a cover. asked to return it Bill would not..if you are going to buy this junk go to costco or home depot at least you could return it....LOL...Yes what do you do if your cooking on the rotisserie and it starts raining its like if you bought a new car and the roof leaked gallons of water and the dealer said buy a garage and dont drive in the rain....

Had a pellet stove professionally installed, and we are now able to be oil free, even in extreme cold temps. I'm a customer of Fireside, wanted to share my experience on this company. Was it a perfect experience, no. If I had to offer some advice to this company, faster installation would have been appreciated. That being said, this is AN AMAZING PLACE. THEY DROVE SOMEWHERE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF 5 HOURS EACH WAY(!!!????!!!) , INSTALLED (PROFESSIONALLY, I MIGHT ADD), a device that will pay for itself in 1 or 2 seasons. If you want peace of mind on the care, customer service and install, anywhere in NB, Fireside is who you should call. Not necessarily the cheapest, but worth every penny, and if I ever need a heating appliance again, this is where I'll turn. Thanks again, appreciate how you saved us so much on our heating costs.

Purchased a new wood stove from here and have had nothing less than excellent service. I will be enjoying the heat for years to come.

Our experience has not been pleasant....My company purchased x5 heat pumps, x2yrs later one pump malfunctioned....requested a service call, took x3 months for tech to show up...2 additional months later unit still not fixed...Our last communication resulted in Fireside trying to deflect blame at which point I called another company which was here in x2 days (i know them personally). Unit is still under warranty however not sure where it stands now....When I called around, I was advised we only service what we install"......So

Terrible service. Gentleman was very friendly and helpful until they learned we bought a second hand fireplace. All we needed from them was check it out, installation and paint gold to black trim. This took two weeks as we were told it had to cure. It was a can of black spray paint! We were charged over $3,000 for this. When my husband asked for itemized account we were refused. I feel we ended up paying almost as much as a new one.

I chose Fireside to supply and install a propane fireplace at a cost of 6800.00October 2021, first attempt at using it failed, a few weeks later the service person finally showed up and had to replace a module.We successfully used it for one winter.October of 2022 first attempt this season it failed to work, again it was a few weeks later when a serviceman finally showed up and told us we needed to clean the tips(In my previous home I had a similar fireplace and used it over 21 years and never had to clean the tips)The next day after having the service was done it still doesn’t work I have stopped in to set up a second service call and have called several times each time being told the service person would call to arrange an appointment. Just over three weeks now and still no call no services and the fireplace is still not working.Newly installed Only one year ago.I don’t recommend this company, terrible quality and no customer service….

Purchased my Weber Kettle charcoal grill here and had a problem after a year, new part sent to home within a week. Absolutely would recommend Fireside for customer service.

Booked service to see my fireplace as was not working. Fireplace was serviced and is now working. Only 3 stars as was diagnosed a problem with the remote control receiver and control. The receiver was removed and the technicians were taking the unit and remote with them. I have to ask them to leave it with me. After they were gone, I reinstalled the remote receiver and all was working. When they call me for the payment, I’ve mentioned the situation just saying “doesn’t look good if you guys took off the unit and take it with you, at least the unit cost over $100). The answer “was magic that now is working”...They did the job...but not always is just that. The extra mile is sometimes needed.

Had a woodstove installed in my home, the experience included an inadequate pre-installation inspection, stove and chimney kit installation instructions were not adhered to, Code not met. Fire Department had to respond to my home due to a monoxide leak. After hiring a third party WETT Certified Inspector the chimney system was found to be inadequate and improperly installed and had to be replaced. Entire matter ended up in Court which ruled in my favor. Most insurance companies require WETT certified installers to do the installation. At that time this company advertised We are certified WETT installers inspectors. All of our installations are completed by our Licensed Gas Fitters and WETT Certified Technicians. Bill confirmed this to me before hiring his company and at a latter date he gave me a WETT Installer number to pass to my insurance company. WETT Canada has denied the number he gave is legitimate.

After several other companies couldn't help us, fireside worked hard and got it done. Very good customer service and would highly recommend.
