I walk in to get a polar pop. I ask the cashier for a XL polar pop, I paid a dollar and 10 cents (the price) AND HE GAVE ME A MEDIUM. I told the worker i asked for an XL and he said this is an XL. I also have been here before so i know im not wrong. Literally the side of the cup said Medium. Never again.

Worst employees ever, very upsetting and unprofessional. The old guy who works there was rude to my friends for purchasing Ice Cream and eating it in-store while playing the lottery. Never seen this much negativity when someone is being nice and minding their own business.

The old guy name Siva in the cash is very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I was buying something and then I told him can I get the other one please ? He was like are you buying for the first time?? You should be sure before you purchase ? After that I told him that this is not the way to talk to a customer and his answer was very rude and he was like he doesn’t care. This guy was very very rude. He doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. He should be fired. I have also seen multiple people giving bad reviews about him.

Today around 2:20AM, I came here and the Circle K employee opened the door for me, and asked me what I was exactly buying. I told him I was here to buy some snacks and from Tim Hortons, and he was yelling at me telling me that no homeless people" were allowed in the store

Horrible service. The employees are very unprofessional and demeaning. If you go to this store, only go to buy a polar pop and get out, because if you are in there for more than 2 minutes they will think you are stealing and probably swear at you to get out. Let me tell you a few experiences I've had here.Once, I ordered something from the Tim Hortons in this store, and I gave the cashier the money. I waited 5 minutes and the cashier asked me if I had ordered anything. Another time, I was just standing waiting for my friend to finish filling his polar pop and an employee started swearing at me and my other friends to get out if we were not buying anything. On yet *another* occasion, we were filling up some polar pops and at least 4 or 5 employees were watching us for some reason, probably because they thought we would steal, but the thing is: we had already paid for our cups. While they were watching us, someone came in and stole a bag of chips because they saw the opportunity (all the employees were facing us and the door was in the opposite direction of where we were filling up our cups). Good for them. On another occasion, they accidentally" locked the door as soon as we were about to walk out after we had paid. They didn't even apologize.Only go to this store if you're going to buy polar pops

This cashier name SIVA he didn’t let me pick my scratch first he said he didn’t have it and the I saw it and I told him to I want to pick my own and the he said NOOO he screamed at me and I told him I don’t want it then He supposed to be fired he always been rude he is so so so rude

The Manager is horrible, he constantly harrases anyone who enters his store. sometimes he racially profiles students who come in during lunch. One time I overheard his phone call, he reffered to his customers as low lifes". Now that I think of it

I went there on 24th Feb morning around 7.15 am. The guy wearing specs was so rude. I just requested if I could stand in the shop for 5mins since Mt fingers were freezing due to the cold. He started to threaten me that I would show you" and stuff. He got abusive too .Employees are rude and inconsiderate. Please look into this."

We entered the gas station and went to the back to get snacks and the cashier kept eyeing us and then he came by and said you going to buy something. We were in the store for less than 30 sec. I don't know what his issue was. We just ended up leaving without getting anything. The pumps are good but I don't recommend going inside.

That the place is horrible.i went there buy cigarette in the morning. The guy asked for id and I show him Canadian government photo Id and my passports from my phone. The guy asked me to bring the physical id. And I said u guys are crazy I show you my id. And the another guy was rude on me and he told me u don't know the Canadian rules, They were so rude on me.they don't know how to speak with customers. Really sh--t,They spoiled my day.
